Dropped car off at 8 am in the morning for installation of 5 tires, mounting and balancing. Car was not ready till 5 pm, so much the "59 minute tire mounting guarantee". Had to take care to second facility next day as Tires Plus does not offer Road Force Balancing #an item recommended for my car#. Second facility went to take off tires and found that their 600 foot lb air gun, nor a 1/2 in breaker car could remove the lug nuts as they were on so tight. This caused the lock lug nut key #hardened steel# to bend and thus could not remove wheels. The second facility was forced to attempt to use a universal Lug nut lock key removal tool, which got stuck on the lug nut and then the rim #brand new# got scratched and damaged. #So now have to replace rim#. Of course none of this would have happened had Tires plus torqued the wheels to an appropriate 96 foot lbs as recommended by Manufacturer. I contacted tires plus #which was literally just 5 minutes away# to let them know how over torqued the wheels were on the car. Spoke to the manager and he argued with me stating the "job was done right". I explained that I PERSONALLY went out into the garage and observed the wheel lug nuts were torqued to point which could have damaged the rotors of the car and if I had incurred a flat while driving, there would have been NO WAY I could have changed the wheel on the car to a spare. Instead of offering to come over and look at the issue, or offering some resolution, I was presented with "we did the job right, that is it". I had to take the car to the Dealer to get the lock lug nuts removed with a special tool they had and then spend $70 on a new lock lug nut set. I then had to spend $500.00 to replace the damaged rim. I went home that night to try and remove the other 16 non lock lug nuts and used a 1/2 inch breaker bar with a 5 FIVE foot extension to try and leverage off the bolts. I am six foot 2 and a big guy and even with 6-7 feet of leverage, I had to use everything I had for strength to get the lug nuts loose. This means those bolts were at 400+ foot lbs of torque and had I not had the second shop perform the road force balancing, I would have more than likely experience Rotor warp damage to car and not had the ability to change a tire if I had a flat. I would HIGHLY suggest you go to a different location for your tire needs. It is quite obvious that tires plus is not able to properly put tires on a car, and IF you do have a problem, you will receive EXCUSES, not solutions when damage occurs. Go to yelp and observe the other complaints about this shop. Same thing is said over and over "shop did not do work right and manager argues with you when you bring poor workmanship to his attention". If you want to have tires done RIGHT, go somewhere else...

I went in to Tires Plus on Saturday afternoon. An older gentleman behind the desk was engaged in a nice conversation with a woman. After they wrapped up that conversation it was my turn, or so I thought. As I stepped up to the counter the older gentleman from Tires Plus looked at me and said "What?". That was it, "What?" with his chin moving upward as if to look down to me. Then he started to move from behind the counter and walk towards the back of the facility. So now I am having to follow him. I said "I would like to get an oil change". "Not today! The first available is next Tuesday" he replied while still in motion. "Can I schedule an appointment?" I asked. Still walking he said "NO, just call on Tuesday". NET NET: Tires Plus will never see me, nor my cars nor my potential business again. I wonder if the "Plus" stands for Tires Plus a Bad Attitude towards CUSTOMERS. -kc

My car over heated for the 1st time ever back in January 2017. I had it towed to tires plus and within ten minutes of me being there they said that I had a blow head gasket, and because of that the antifreeze is leaking into the engine, which meant that I needed a new engine. They wanted $5,600 to fix the issue. I declined and decided to get a second opinion. I took my car to Tims Auto in Mt. Holly (very good people who will not try to rip you off to pocket your money) and they let me know that I do not have a blow head gasket. They informed that both of my thermostat has never been changed since I bought the car back 2007 and that is why it overheat. They fixed that problem, drain the water out my antifreeze, did the proper test, etc....costing me $400. Tire plus tried to that advantage of me because I am young lady, but my mom did not raise a fool!

This locations went above and beyond for us. Took us as Walk ins on a Sunday. (2 cars) I wish I could remember the names of the employees. Very friendly guys for a Sunday. Being out of town (from Canada) these guys could have easily taken us to the cleaners. They took the time to show us every issues they saw. And I know plenty about cars to comfortably agree with their recommendations. Wish I had a place like this closer to home. Thanks guys. My Savana drive amazing. Visit was Sunday November 10, 2013.

I had a very good experience. Was asked if I wanted other important things done, but I didnt and was in and out of there in an hour or so. That guy that took all my information and stuff was very considerate, and doesnt sound anything like the guy that helped that KC person. Thats really unfortunate that they got treated that way. But I wasnt, and thats all that matters, lol. Id definitely go back to have tires put on again. Came out to $70. >_<

Called today for a price on an oil change, was told my 2010 Jeep wrangler calls for full synthetic, and it would be $79 for an oil change. I advised him I usually took it to Monro muffler and they never recommended full synthetic and he said we could do partial synthetic for $59. Every other shop (including the dealership!) that I have taken it to over the last 6 + years have come in under $30 for an oil change.

This is an honest establishment. They didnt try to sell me anything and were very understanding of my situation. Sometimes, you walk into a car shop and feel uneasy and unsure of whether or not the people there will put you through the horror stories youve often heard on the internet. This place is not one of them. Everyone I spoke with was approachable and was very straight forward.

I am not sure if this place is intentionally scheisty or just employs people who lack the good sense to tell a customer what he is paying for before he walks out the door. Either way, I will not be returning to this shop, and I suggest that if you do choose TiresPlus Mount Laurel you ask for an itemized transaction record before leaving your keys with them.
