The towing system is wonderful, but the garage itself is horrible! I was promised Id be first on the list when my car was towed there and when I didnt receive a call for the estimate I called them and got a very snarky response stating that my car wouldnt even be looked at until that night and that they will call me so I dont have to call again. I called this morning asking for an estimated time for how long the repairs would take and I was again promised that it would 100% be done by closing tonight, and once again they called and told me that they did not get to my car and it should be ready tomorrow "sorry for the inconvenience". This is unacceptable customer service, Im not going to be out a third day of work because of this place, and worst of all you dont even have the choice of taking your car to another shop, one where they will actually fix your car and not let it sit around, because if you use their towing service you have to sign a contract agreeing to pay a $95 fee for deciding to go elsewhere. I will NEVER use this company again, nor will I let anyone I know go here.

Damaged my car, claimed they did not. I have the pictures to prove it. My dodges transmission failed and when AAA sent out a tow, they did not use the screw tow hook for my front bumper to tow my car, instead they hooked it to a few holes and pulled it up onto the truck. The driver said that he had done a few dodges this week and that he knew what he was doing. In the process, since my car literally just barely touched the bed of the truck, pinned the cable between the bumper and the bed. This in result damaged my bumper. I stopped the driver and he claimed that it was "already there man" and that I need to sell my car asap because it was crap. I called AAA right away and they said they would take care of the "know issues" with the towing company for me. Unfriendly service and needs to be shutdown. I cant give zero stars, so 1 will have to be equivalent.

Theyre a AAA towing asset to south jersey! Im glad that they were one of the first to respond to my AAA call. I was expecting a 60 minute wait, but I wasnt prepared for them when (Chris or Eric) 1st arrived in ONLY 20 minutes from my call! I had to send him back since I was dealing with getting a follow vehicle to get it towed from Mt Holly to Yardville. The 2nd call was just as impressive. Glenda is very friendly, courteous, and quick as well. flatbed requested - damaged front left suspension at no extra cost (AAA+ member) This is just from a towing experience. If i ever need service, I may also use their shop because they also shuttle you to your home/work (within reasonable miles) while its being repaired. but, then i read others service experiences... so i cant comment on that side of their business.

Bear responded within an unprecedented dispatch time to tow us off I-295. Our knowledgeable, friendly & courteous driver delivered the car to Bear for repair. In this case, I was far from home - they turned the repair around very quickly and I could pick up the car on July 4th - very rare for a shop to be open all hours. Unfortunately, the part installed was faulty. Bear came all the way up to my area, towed the car back to the shop and fixed it. Even though I was without the car for longer than expected, these honorable gents (and gals), took car of everything. Bear Tire and Auto is a great repair shop. - I highly recommend them.

Unless you dont need your vehicle for anything DO NOT GO HERE! They had my truck for over a month when I finally had a tow truck go in and pick it up and take it somewhere else. We got the truck back with all the parts inside boxes and strewn all over, from the back to the front. I actually felt sorry for the mechanic who I ended up taking it to because it was such a disaster! THEY TELL YOU, READY TOMORROW, TUESDAY, SATURDAY, OR "ILL CALL YOU BACK" I was 24 hrs away from legal action when I decided it wasnt worth the aggravation anymore then had to come up $$$ to get MY TRUCK BACK IN PIECES!

I love Bear Tire and Auto. This is the only place that I trust to do the right thing by me and by my car. They are honest and up front; they tell you what needs to be fixed, what can wait, what you should be thinking about in the future, etc. They dont give you any BS pricing over the phone - they want to see the car and give you an honest price. They do great work in a timely matter. Their manager, JT, is an awesome guy to work with. I have several cars and I trust all of them to Bear Tire and Auto.

Whether youre going here locally or have AAA dispatch them do NOT do business here... they thought my car had an alternator problem and it was just the battery, and they held it for a WEEK before they finally got around to it!!! Not the first time I had an unpleasant experience here, not to mention overpriced compared to other nearby shops. Always slow in their work which is disappointing for a AAA sponsored shop, avoid!!!

Was getting my car towed to another shop in the morning. The driver, who was very professional, said if i took it to bear theyd beat the price, fix it up, and have it to me later before I needed to go to work. They did it all. Very impressed. Will go here for regularly scheduled maintenance and any other automotive problems from now on. great customer service too.

I will NEVER use this facility again. The owner, John Grob was caustic and obnoxious, with total disregard to customer respect. After Bear Tire and Auto damaged my vehicle during a AAA tow, John literally screamed he refused to take any responsibility. I was astounded by Johns blatant lack of professionalism. AAA is investigating this companys lack of integrity.

If you’re looking for excellent customer service and honest work Bear Tire and Auto Center is the place to go! Now and days it’s so hard to find a repair shop that is not only honest but does an excellent job as well. I am so glad I finally found a shop that I can trust. I highly recommend this shop for all your vehicles repairs.

People here are obnoxiously slow. Had a lot of instances where it would take them 3-5 days before they can even diagnose a simple problem. Never going here again and am recommending to AAA to remove this mechanic from their list. Theres no reason why an "emergency car car center" should have such a long work window.

Great service, had my oil changed. No pressure for upgrades or other services. They did notice i needed new tires and drew up a quote, given to me when i paid, and were not pushy about it at all. Great price too, will end up going back for more services in the future

They have towed me twice, jumped my car, and help me unlock my car when I was an idiot to lock my keys in there. Always great service, and very nice people. Im always happy when they come to my rescue. Also have fixed my tire, and it was super fast and cheap.
