I had a P404 (EGR Valve) code on my car. I told them this when I made the appointment. They said they could fix it, but after waiting 3 hours, they returned my car, charged me for the two state inspections (plus sticker fee) and then let me go. I get to my car and theres no sticker on the car. They told me that they couldnt do it because I didnt pass emissions, which they finally explained to me, but they told me to drive for 150 miles since they cleared out the code. The code was still present on the car and the Service Engine light was still on. They said they couldnt fix it because I had to take it to a transmission shop despite the fact that it was an emissions part. I got my money back and took it to the one in Bala Cynwyd. This one actually checked the car and told me the front brake was cracked and it was damaging the rotors. It looks like Langhorne never even looked at my car. Bottom line with Langhorne is that they said I needed a new battery (which was replaced 4 months ago) and that the reason for the transmission referral was that I had a broken clutch in September which I obviously had fixed because I put 4000 miles on it since 9/10/2009 after I brought it in initially to them (3 months before this emissions debocle). Worst service that I ever experienced at a Firestone ever.

Drop off my jeep at 6 day before and never got it back to 3 next day. And they kept saying be done in 1 hour and all they were doing was changing tires. And now its August and I finally got a rim that they order and tried to pass it off as the same dam rim which its not. So my husband calls and they are trying to give him 100.00 for the rim. Well fiest off its my freaking jeep and the rim is more than 100.00 bucks so I guessing I have to get my lawyer involed in this. Would never send anyone there

Mechanics seem very inexperienced. Told car was done and it wasnt. Broke a bolt and "didnt feel comfortable fixing it". Supposed to fix it before the holiday but they slapped things together and didnt fix anything....picked up a car that felt like it was gonna fall apart. Glad the babies werent in the car. Smh. Wont be going here ever again.
