First time using this STS Tire location, since we just moved into the area. I stopped by to ask about a tire balance and alignment issue for my Ford, and they nicely listened to my concerns and gave some possible causes and solutions. They were respectful and professional even though they were about to close in a few minutes. I brought the car the next day and dropped it off. The service was quick even though it was Saturday and they were very busy. As for most places when theyre busy, it took a few hours, but I left to run errands with my wife, and when they got to my car they gave me a call to make sure exactly what I would like to have done to my car. This was especially nice, since I was realizing that I didnt really tell them specifics about what I wanted done. They did exactly what I wanted done, and did not try to nickle and dime me with unnecessary repairs. They gave me another call when it was done and had the keys and car ready to go as soon as I walked in the door. Very professional and courteous business and associates. The work done absolutely fixed the issue and the price was good. Definitely recommendable and I will be returning for future repairs. Thanks guys.

The techs here charged me for a service I didnt authorize but at least they didnt charge me for leaving the lug nuts loose after rotating the tires. Wheel almost fell off the next day. Luckily I caught it before I was killed. Thank guys. Weird that after I wrote this review one of the PR reps called me to ask what happened. When I confirmed with him the wheel almost fell off they offered nothing in return but an apology. At least a refund would have been nice since I only had half of the tire rotation performed, minus the most important half which is properly tightening the wheels. Then to falsely reply and say the wheel wasnt loose but only the hubcap? Please note that your customers arent idiots. Most, including myself, know the difference between a wheel and a hubcap, by about 100%. We all make mistakes but lying to cover over a mistake to fool the public is super slimy. Sorry guys. I would have gladly removed this comment and returned as a customer if I was treated better. But Im not sure whats worse, the tire being loose, the lack of caring to make the situation right, the implication Im to stupid to know what a wheel is, or the lying about our conversation. Its all pretty bad.

Terrible customer service, poor communication, and lack of customer satisfaction expectancy. I called the morning of to see if they had time for a simple oil change, and was not looking to drop it off. "Yeah, its slow, we can see you now." Literally showed up 10 minutes after, explained I was the one that just called and needed an oil change now since they assured me it wouldnt take long. "If its alright, Im going to just walk my dogs. Hopefully thats enough time for you guys to see my car". "Sure, well give you a call when its ready". An hour later, I come back to see my cars still parked where I left it. "Hi, my cars still not serviced? I was gone for an hour". "Oh, youre coming up right now." After another 20 minutes, I asked for my keys back. "Hi, clearly you didnt have enough time for an oil change. I called ahead to see if you guys had time; waiting an hour and 20 minutes means you didnt have time". "Oh, I thought you were dropping it off". "No.... when did I say that? You just assumed I would call and rush over to wait an hour and 20 minutes to have my car waiting in your parking lot???" No answer, no apologies, no f*cks given.

Called for new tires at 1:30 pm. Thought I would schedule for the next day.They said bring it right in. When I got there they said 1 and 1/2 hr. Came back at that time and my car was still in the lot. I asked how long, they shortly.45 minutes later my car finally was on the lift. After some time a man took off my tires. Another man changed the tires .It took awhile before the tires were installed on the car. After some time I asked whats going on with my car? The mgr. said your cars waiting for wheel alignment machine. I said initially when you asked me that I didnt want your free wheel alignment. He said, ok, your set to go. Again waiting for my car. A few days later my wife takes the car on the interstate and the car shakes all over the place at 65 mph. We were going to Whiting NJ and took it to the Whiting sts. They said none of the tires were balanced and we paid $69.96 for this service. They told me that they have heard a lot of bad reports about this store. I would not recommend this store to anybody.

Brought my F150 in for a badly needed alignment after hitting a curb to avoid an accident. Im kind of anal about my alignment and Im often disappointed after getting it done because it doesnt seem right. Either my wheel is crocked when Im going straight or it pulls to the left or the right. Their technician did a perfect job. It actually seems better than it was when it was new. The entire process from the time I got there till I left was just over an hour. Cost me less than $90! While waiting I was impressed with their courteous staff and how well they worked together with their technicians. Ill be needing new tires in the near future and they will certainly get my business.

Booked an appointment for an oil change online, returned their call day of to confirm my time. I get there and he tells me to leave my car all day. I said I cant, then he told me to wait an hour since hes busy. I asked whats the point of an appointment then, he tells me it wasnt an appointment it was a reservation!!! These guys are useless and rude, I am going to my Jeep dealer in Flemington where they do drop ins, I thought I would save myself the 20 minute drive, but its faster than this local STS!!!!

I have never had tires installed as quickly and professionally as I did yesterday at this location. The sales person went out of his way to show me the product. This went a long way to me deciding that the tire that was being recommended was right for me. I was equally impressed that the tires I needed were in stock. This was hands down the best tire experience I ever had. I am not easily impressed. Yesterday I was.

I have taken my car to the STS in Clinton for over seven years. They have always been honest, prompt, pleasant and thorough, and never have ripped me off. They have helped nurse my 1997 Dodge Neon through over 200,000 miles and it is still going, with no major problems other than normal maintenance and normal aging. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

GREAT, FAST, EFFICIENT service. Brought in my F -150 on a Sunday morning and had it back in service in less than 2 hours and didnt even break the bank. Definitely a returning customer when its time again...
