Outstanding service. I was on vacation at a campground for a few days. The evening before our planed leaving, I traveled to fuel my vehicle. After fueling, the car would not start. It was dead. And, it was pour rain. Call to AAA brought High Tech Auto. They made several attempts to get me started, only to determine it was not the battery. They towed me vehicle and got me back to my trailer in the campground. Knowing I was from out of town and stranded, they immediately repaired my car the next day. They were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. In addition, the replacement of my starter was reasonably priced. They also gave a discount for AAA. I highly recommend them.

Car broke down on vacation. It took 5 days to get a small part for my car. One of the employees is incredibly rude. Every time I asked when my car is guna be ready, he would just re-explain what is wrong with my car with an attitude as if I didnt understand. Then i came in to get something from my car, and the guy rolled his eyes at me when I wasnt looking. Lol like wtf? The rest of the staff was friendly. They ended up getting the part from the dealer, which they could of got the First day!! They even admitted it. Sadly this is what you get in South Jersey.

Probably the most rude people I have ever met in my life. They nickle and dime you to death, and when I tell you that Ive never been talked to so horribly in my life, believe me, I mean it. It was downright abusive. It was embarrassing, insulting, infuriating. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I have never written a review before now, but after my experience I HAD to. STAY AWAY, AVOID IF YOU CAN.

This shop really hooked me up when I needed a rear light bulb changed. They got me in almost immediately when I just happened to pass by and turned around to see if they could squeeze me in. Really made my day and saved my vacation. Last thing I wanted to do was drive home to PA with a light out, thank you!

My sons 2000 BMW broke down while on vacation. Was very worried that would be presented with an enormous bill being that we are from Pennsylvania and the closest BMW dealer was 50 miles away. They were able to diagnose the problem and get his car back up and running for a very reasonable cost.

While on our last day of vacation, AAA recommended and towed my vehicle to hi tech. Knowing I needed my car fixed the same day to return home, they were able to diagnose and repair my car Within hours. And at a fair price. If I ever have car trouble in south jersey I will go to hi tech auto.

Dont ever worry about coming to this place. Expert Repair at an honest price. Scary I know but they are awesome here. They understand your situation and do everything they can to get you back on the road. Wade and his mechanics run a professional operation.
