Ok so I bought a 2007 Ford Explorer with a little over 64000 miles on it. First thing they did wrong was to sell a vehicle in NJ without having the title in hand, per the NJDMV you cannot sell a vehicle without the title. It took 70 days to get my tags for this SUV and there was 10 days that I could not use the truck as the second set of temporary tag had expired, and you are only allowed two temporary tags or 60 days. I also just had this truck in for service for water on the floor on the passenger side of the truck. They did remove and reattach the door gasket with glue and so far, so good. When my wife and I went to pick up the on truck on the evening of February 14th, I found trash left in the truck and the grab handle was not attached properly, also the plugs to cover the bolt holes sitting on the dash along with tools left behind by the mechanic. I went inside and returned the tools to the receptionist and told her about the trash in the truck and the grab handle not being installed completely and she went and got the sales manager on duty that night. I explained the problem to him and he took my information and told me he would call me about this problem. As of today, the 22 of February I have not recived a call from anyone at Kindle Ford. As right now they are no better than the local Ford dealer here in EHT.

Friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable of all models features that where available I start with years have gone by since I really checked out all the terms that go into leasing or buying a car I spent 6 weeks driving my wife nuts … talking about leasing and or buying I’ve made a few trips to dealerships talking to salespeople and it was like pulling teeth to get answers. I had a meeting scheduled for the first of July with a salesman at another dealership sand I wanted a second estimate My neighbor Joe talk me about how helpful Albert Thalheimer was when he got his ford truck so what the heck I went to Kindle and asked for him people went out of their way to find him. I told him what I wanted and to my surprise he got right to work then he asked if I had anything in mind which I did so I took him to the Cherokee That I look over earlier that Sunday, He said let me see what he could do after 3 time working with the numbers with Kevin Cerry they hit the mark I was looking for. I said lets do it. Albert got the keys and we went to the car, mind you Albert sells fords he open the door and to my surprise he pointed out all the features of the Cherokee.

I know people in Cape May County that have been back to Kindle time after time to purchase their vehicles. This to me demonstrates a reliable dealer and now the time has come to replace my vehicle, I went to Kindle, also. Albert and the staff were very helpful in explaining our options and we left with a car that we truly enjoy. Looking for a car was also a problem for this widow of 28 years but this experience left me with good vibes. Thank you for helping me make a difficult decision.
