Frank and Manny are life savers. I was referred to them by my uncle 5 years ago. I was hit in the parking lot and was scared my insurance rate would go up even if its not my fault. Let me just say this: Frank and Manny know exactly what theyre doing. Besides doing excellent body work (you cant even tell it was hit in the first place), theyre also the complete package. They held my hand through the whole insurance process. A couple of years later, when a deer jumped out in front of me from the trees and smashed the front of the car, I pulled over and pulled out their little yellow, rubber, car-shaped, Cross Town Auto Body key chain and dialed their number. It was after business hours, but Manny kindly made his cell phone available for emergencies. Again, Manny calmly walked me through what I should do. I picked up the front grill with deer fur in it for evidence and placed it in the foot area of the front passenger seat. On top of that, when I got a flat tire on the GSP and didnt know what was the proper procedure, guess who I called? And Manny talked me through it and they even had my tire ready for me. Even when I switched insurance, the new insurance agent was surprised the accidents did not increase my rate!

Cross Town took my car the day I called - I needed repairs after a rear end collision, and the other drivers insurance was paying. They went over my car with me and showed me all the damage - things I hadnt even noticed! Gave me a ballpark quote, and then they dealt with the insurance company and took care of everything - getting them the quote, having the insurance co inspect the damage and approve, and pay, as well as arranging for a rental car to pick me up and the insurance to pay for that too!! All I had to do was call them, then show up! They got my car back to me in under a week - just four business days! The repair work is beautiful with great attention to detail. Color match between the new bumper and the rest of the car is perfect, they checked and replaced broken tail lights (another thing I didnt notice!!) and polished the trunk, which took care of some scratches that werent even from the accident! Best of all, I got my car back washed, vacuumed, and with shiny clean windows. I recommend them to anyone for anything, they did an excellent job, and are incredibly friendly and helpful. I couldnt be happier.

Moments ago I called this Body Shop hoping to schedule a time to have my vehicle brought in for an estimate on repairs needed. The conversation went almost exactly like this. Ring, ring, ring....Hello?, I respond and said "hey how are you doing today" The gentleman on the other line quickly responded almost irritated that he had to speak to me and said "why are you calling and what do you want". I was so taken back by the condescending response that I said, "you know what, I am no longer interested if you are going to respond to me in this way". He then said, "you know what, dont you ever call back you jerkoff". If this body shop cant even be respectful in the way they start a call with someone who is interested in service I have no interest in giving the opportunity to earn my business. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone.

If anyone has the unfortunate experience of an accident, Cross Town Auto Body really is the place to go. Since this was my first auto accident and I didn’t have collision insurance, I had shopped around to many different vendors in the area to get a quote. Manny compassionately takes the time to walk you through the process and will treat you like family. The team at Cross Town really did an excellent job restoring my front end after a fender bender. For the price, he gave me a new bumper, headlights, grill, windshield fluid tank, paint job, and even vacuumed the car. (You’d swear the car looks better now than it did before the accident.) Manny also picked me up and dropped me off when it was time to get the car from the shop. Cross Town Auto gets five stars for both service and a stellar end product.

I bought my car a month ago, then the very next day I was involved in a hit and run that badly damage my vehicle. Thankfully there were no injuries, but I was crushed by the thought that the car I just purchased was ruined. Then my mechanic suggested I take it to Manny at Cross Town Auto in New Brunswick. So I did, and in just about 3 weeks I had my car back and it looked just as good as when I drove it off the lot! Manny went over all the damages with me and discussed the process and how long it would take from the beginning. Im an insurance agent so Im used to having to deal with less-than-honest mechanics, but the guys at Cross Town work with integrity and efficiency. Thanks guys!

I called Crosstown looking for a quote for my 2002 Saturn - I needed a new hood, bumper, and lights. Frank was excellent over the phone and told me he used to specialize in Saturns. He gave me an excellent quote, got the job done in only a few days, and the results were amazing. The car looks better than it did before I brought it in. When I picked it up it was clean inside and out which was an unexpected surprise. I highly recommend working with Frank. He was honest and very nice.

Manny was extremely helpful during my time of trouble. The wheels and tires on my car were stolen and had to get them replaced. Since I just moved to New Brunswick, some of my stuff was still in the car. Manny dropped off my stuff--which was very convenient. Cross Town Auto will do a complete job to complete satisfaction. I would recommend this place to anyone needing repairs or check ups.

Okay work, but these guys are shady as they come. Will try to milk the insurance company by estimating just below the Blue Book value of the car, so the car wont be totaled but they can do as little work as possible. Also, they say they take cash only--what kind of enterprise takes only cash but charges thousands of dollars for repairs?? Somethings definitely wrong with this picture . . .

Cross Town went above and beyond my expectations. My car was repaired in a timely manner and it came back to me looking better than when I had bought it. The repair work and attention to detail was exceptional and they kept in constant communication with me about the progress. I will definitely be returning for any future car needs in the New Brunswick area!

I have used their services 3 times so far and have used another body shop before. Difference is that, owners Manny and Frank are very upfront and will explain you the whole process and how they will be fixing on the day you show it to them. They dont recommend short term or patch fix and do their best to fix the car the way it was before the accident.

Manny was very pleasant to deal with over the phone and in person. He was willing to discuss specifics of repairs and share his own experiences. Cross Town more than met my expectations with quality repairs and will be used going forward while in the Ne Brunswick area.
