Great experience and service, really love this location. Its never busy, attentive employees who are willing to help - even if you have to ship a letter via USPS. Today I had to send a letter back to a client due to an error, and they let me know it would just be cheaper to send it back via USPS when they saw it was merely an envelope. Apparently UPS document service started at 2 day. They have supplies there so I bought some envelopes, borrowed a pen, even bought USPS stamps there. They mail out USPS as a courtesy as well. Steve is a great manager and has been there a few years, Brad and Chad are really helpful as well, always eager to assist. While there are closer UPS stores now that Ive moved a town over, I always return here

I have used this UPS store for years and asked my son to take a package for me and I was really surprised that the package cost twice as much as I thought it should only to realize that it was sent via Air and not ground. I thought the miscommunication was on my end, then I took a package and was asked if I cared when it got there. I said no and again the package was more than I thought it should cost, but at least not twice. Late I noticed on my receipt that my package was sent 3 day commercial, so it cost more and takes longer? When I called the store I was told I must have request this service. He knew I had not. I got a begrudging apology and my college student will probably get stale cookies :-(

I have been going to this store for years -- even when it seemed like it was going out of business -- but it has really turned around in the past 12 months. The staff is very thoughtful and considerate, particularly the manager Steve (the one with the man-bun) and Brandon. They explained the packing and shipping process for my fragile items to Oregon, which they packed with the greatest care. I highly recommend this store and its staff. The service is incredible!

I dont think its weird that the UPS store wants you to pay for their SERVICES like packing, printing, faxing, etc. The above reviews are written by a bunch of fully grown, adult cry babies who need their hands held to cross the street. If youre SO unsatisfied with your experience at a UPS store that you all you can think about for weeks is going on google and writing them a bad review than you need to get a grip. Great staff and service.

Absolutely ridiculous store. They will charge $3 for using their computer to shoot a print. Bizzare way of minting money from people. And on top of it the representative there says this is not a public library, when I compared th FedEx charges....zero customer service. I would have given zero stars if there was an option......would never go back and would ask all my known people to avoid going to the UPS store at New Providence.

I used this store as my access point to receive my deliveries, recently none of my deliveries were being accepted. So many of my deliveries were returned to the sender. So upset and angry that now I have notified UPS to leave my packages at home. This was a wonderful service, after reviewing recent reviews I guess I can understand why. New ownership bad business model

New Providence location of the UPS Store is very friendly and efficient. They get my shipments out right away and the price is what you can expect and comparable to any shipping place in the area. The staff made me feel welcome, I have always had Steve and he always gives me different options and the best for what I need.

Agree. Very rude. Never any appreciation that those who walk in the door keep this place in business. Everyone seems miserable and annoyed by your presence. Would be surprised if they are profitable given how rudely they treat their customers.
