This is the worst "professional" mechanics ever. They told me to leave the car for inspection so it can to cool down, because it wont pass hot...so I left the car at 11am waiting I called a friend so I can be picked up.... Hours pass and they didnt call me... So I decided to call around 2pm and still they didnt do anything... I called again at around 4:30 and said that they cant do inspection that day... I told them why didnt they call me so I can take it somewhere else... They started laughing in my face because I was angry.... I had to take the bus to go pick up my car cause I didnt have ride... They wasted my time and seeing that I was mad and making my point they (2) just laugh . This place is so unprofessional... They dont care about the customers and this was the se one chance I gave them... The first was worst. Im a person that give second chances... Stupid of me thinking that way. NOT ONLY THAT I COUGHT THEM DOING ERRAND ON MY CAR!

I would never ever recommend this auto repair for anything they provide poor quality of work, they keep your car for weeks on end and then always say there is something else wrong with the car in order to add extra charges on top of what they have already charged you. My family and I are very disappointed and will let others know that this is a dishonest business which does not honor their work or word.

Took my Toyota Highlander with a couple of warning lights to the dealer more than once!! Stopped at Wakeman Auto once and problem solved!!! Professionals, Honest and Great Price!! Never had to go fix the same problem again!! (Small, almost undetectable leak) I found my new mechanics!!! Im really satisfied with the work and price!!!!

I finally found a shop with very good and honest mechanics!! Thanks to Olmedo and his crew! They are friendly, polite, have great service and fair prices! My car lost power so they replaced the cat converter and now I love how it sounds and feels!
