This place is the worst. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I made an appointment and specified that I wanted the synthetic blend oil change package. When I got there I said that I had an appointment for the $35 synthetic oil change, and he said he had my information from the online form. They gave me the full synthetic oil (which cost around $30 more), but I didnt say anything as I figured that this oil would be better for my car. In reality you dont need full synthetic unless your car is 10 years or has 75,000+ miles. My car is 3 years old and has 19,000 miles. This was all fine until my "check engine" light came on the next day. I then took my car to another shop; they opened the hood and the oil cap was off, oil had sprayed everywhere inside the hood, and there was a big pool of oil on top of the engine. I then had to pay $30 at this place for them to clean everything off and top off the oil which was low at this point. It was just horrible to have to pay for an extra service when I already got ripped off in the first place! You would expect a place that specializes in oil changes to at least be able to put the cap back on after an oil change.

Dont trust these people, give them a bad vibe and theyll purposely mess up your car. I brought my car there to get my flex pipes changed and made a joke about how I could find a catalytic converter online for $300 whereas the guy was saying they go for at least $1000 and I guess he took it the wrong way. As I soon discovered not long thereafter, my vacuum lines were cut with what appeared to be knife marks, and the wires connecting my upstream and downstream O2 sensors to the ECU were crossed backwards. To add insult to injury, the welding for the flex pipes fell apart yet again a few months afterwards. Trust these crooks with your car at your own risk..

Please be very careful dealing with these people they are Overpriced and will jerk you on them prices. Last year my fiance turned in her car to have her air conditioner fixed these guys broke a piece of the plastic vent, the AC worked for 2 weeks then it started giving warm air, paid $222.00, we brung it back to have it looked at and the guy tried to charge us $174.00 for a leaking hose, my fiance gave it to her mechanic to look at, he says Meineke tried to bill you for no reason, your AC needed gas in its tank, nothing more..

I have been there twice for two different problems on my car. The first time I went there, it was for my exhaust system; and the second time I went there, it was for my brake/wheels. The staffs there are very honest and knowledgeable. They were able to identify the actual issues, told me what needed to be done, and then fixed those issues very quickly. Overall, I have very good experience during both visits, and I will definitely come back again if I have another problem with my car in the future.

Horrible attitude, guy told me on the phone I can come for an oil change at 3pm, I get there at 10 to only to be told I have to wait an hour before even getting my car in !! I was so annoyed I couldve went to 100 other places but thats why I purposely was told 3pm !!! I then was told I could have a rush job real quick but I kindly declined. Dont waste your time, completely unprofessional.

İ have been there for couple times, first to weld my electronical cutout and backfire kit for my 2004 corvette and install k&n intake ; second to put a straight pipe for my acura tl s and many times for maintainance like air filter cabin filter oil transmission oil spark plugs and timing belt

They fixed my front brakes and done a horrible job.I bought new rotors and the new pads scratch them.I had my car in the shop for three times to fix this problem wasting my time and money.
