My husband and I had a terrible experience at this laundromat. As we were doing our wash, we decided to pass the time with the arcade machines inside the laundromat. We tried one, it did not work, and it ate our quarters. We tried another one, did not work, and it ate our quarters. We went to the front desk to talk to the owner to explain that her arcade machines were not working. She continued to read her magazine, told us that she had nothing to do with them, and handed me a notepad to write the service phone numbers down from the machines for her. She refused to reimburse us and was extremely hostile and rude. (It really was not about the quarters.) Shortly after, we overheard her and her pink haired assistant whispering about us as we walked past to collect our clothing. As we left, her pink haired employee coughed an insult under his breath, right in front of the owner! Needless to say, Ive never been treated so badly by a local business. They have lost our familys patronage.

Excellent service with a smile today. I was desperate to have both mine and my boyfriends uniforms washed for our work week. Plus we also have a 9 month old baby. After realizing there was no extra time to wash laundry I thought to utilize the wash and fold service. I usually spend $25 when I wash myself, plus 3 hours of my time. I dropped my clothes off at 8am went to sleep and returned at 7pm to pick them up. Sure it cost $58 but I have freshly washed, folded and also a few items hung on hangers for me!!! What a treat! I got my rest and some much needed time with my family. I was able to use my laundry soap and softners and also gave joanne special instructions on how to care for my bras. Great experience and gave her a much needed tip. People tip your laundry ladies!!! They put in hard work for us customers! 5 star experience! I know for now on I can use this service with convenience and ease. Great job sonic suds!

I think the management has changed since the last two reviews were written in 2008. This laundromat is no longer open 24 hours. The machines are very expensive, and are not coin operated. Instead, you feed your money into a machine, and it gives you a plastic "charge card." I gave them a shot today, and when I decided that it wasnt up to par, I asked for a refund of the money on my "charge card." The owner was extremely rude, and told me that it was "not their policy" to refund any unused balance on customer cards. Needless to say, I think I was cheated, and I will not be back.

This place is brand new,huge, clean, has tons of machines and folding tables, did I say clean? Theyre open 24 hours, so I can finally do laundry at 2 in the morning if I feel like it. There is always an attendant there too, so its safe. My boyfriend Paul actually wants to go to the Laundromat with me, after all these years because they have flat screen cable tvs and satellite radio and video games etc. When I feel lousy, I can drop off my laundry and they do it for me, same day, and it doesnt cost much. Great Place!!!

Sonic Suds is a great place. Its immaculate, bright and welcoming. The staff is exceptional, hard workers and always friendly and attentive to clients. I have observed the staff on numerous occassions and their dealings with clients, it is always professional and friendly, even when they have been confronted with obnoxious and rude clients, they maintain professionalism and offer whatever help they can. They are awesone and its a pleasure doing my laundry at Sonic Suds. The staff is top notch.

My washer broke and I had to go here and was not happy about it. But its a pretty nice laundromat as far as laudromats go. The prices are average. They have a drop off service too but I never used it. I like that they have oversized machines so you can get all your laundry done in one shot. Clean folding tables and friendly staff and free WiFi is a plus while you wait. Also a quick check is adjacent to the building so I usually grab a coffee when Im there.

Sad a great place has such bad employees. It was very clean inside and seems newer then other laundromats in the area. I appreciated being able to use a card or cash instead of coins. It was, however, expensive compared to some of the other local laundromats. The main problem I have had with this place are the employees terrible attitudes. I would likely go back if not for their customer disservice.

This place SUCKS!! Completely OVERPRICED, DID I say EXPENSIVE?!?!?!?! The employees are NOT friendly & they HAWK every move you make, I had my son with me & They were watching him the whole time. The dryers are 40cents for like 8 mins, which is OUTRAGEOUS. I went there once & will NEVER go back! Read the rest of these reviews & see if were lying LOL, dont waste your time or money at this laundromat.

Washer crapped out! Went to Sonic Suds for marathon 3 hour laundry day. Sonic Suds is clean and was a pleasure to patronize in a pinch. I would definitely go again should the need arise. The only complaint was when I needed a garbage bag to throw out something that had come apart in the wash they wanted to charge me .50. I should have just clogged their garbage can with it.

Would have given it 5stars except for the dryers. The dryers are strictly 10 minute intervals which would be tolerable if it was straight heat but it includes a couple minutes of cool air which makes drying time stretch on forever, even when I split up a load of laundry into small batches on multiple dryers!!! Love the facility but the dryers waste money and time.

Ive been going to this laundromat for about six years now, and can safely say that I have no complaints. The staff is always helpful and courteous, and it is by far the cleanest laundromat Ive ever used. Im in no rush to buy a home washer and dryer as long as they stick around.

Was there the other night. Very helpful and friendly staff. All machines were in pristine condition. I have never seen a laundry mat so clean, and I have been in many laundry mats through the tri-state area. I would recommend anyone to come here.

Great laundromat with a very helpful staff. Extremely spacious and has all the amenities youll need to make doing laundry more enjoyable. Always immaculate and they have a great wash & fold service.

Only open until 11pm. Took a trip figuring Id have plenty of time since it shows open until 12am on here. But its 9:50p and last wash is 9:30p. Wasted trip.

Clean and straight forward. Not a screaming deal but not expensive either. Note - not a coin fed system. You need to use their card and put money onto it.
