BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the worst company to deal with and I have been in business for 10 years... First of all I paid close to 6,000 dollars for two stackable units about 24 months ago. Since that time I cant even begin to tell you how many times these machines have broken down on me in that time frame which brings me to the next scam this company does.. They tell you parts and labor are covered for a year and after that it only parts under warranty for whatever number of months after that are.. The scam is they charge you $220 service call to come there which is insane and then $80 or $85 per hour to work on it. The scam is that they wait until they have a number of service calls in the same area and send out a rep and he charges everyone $220 for coming there which is a joke so really your parts are being covered in that charge so dont let them fool you... They are nasty,equipment is garbage cause like I said it was breaking down every other month and I was getting whacked for $220 plus labor costs... the final straw for me was when they serviced my unit AGAIN and wanted to charge me $600 and said they needed to come back with more parts so there was gonna be more labor costs and I didnt even bother to ask about the $220 again HORRIBLE COMPANY STAY CLEAR IF YOU CAN AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF POSSIBLE!!!!!!

I read the other reviews which prompted me to write this one. I just purchased 14 new machines from them. Their prices are better than other companies I spoke to. Their price includes everything (delivery, installation, haul away)...where other companies were charging extra. I bought a brand I am not familiar with, so I am hoping they will perform well and repairs will be minimal. I agree dealing with their service department is not a great experience and the warranty only covers parts, not labor. I have my own repair guy so hopefully he can fix them when needed. But overall I like dealing with this company. They are not pushy like their competitors. The president and the Primus rep came to my Laundromat and met with me and answered all my questions. Their trade shows are fantastic and informative.

Very unprofessional. They dont set appointments so I patiently waited two weeks for them to let me know that they will be finally be coming by "sometime after lunch" the next day and assured me theyd be here by 5pm so I rearranged my whole weeks schedule to accommodate them, then of course after 4:30 rolls around I get a call saying theyll be here in 45 minutes. Now Im writing this before I look for another repair business in the area while my machine remains out of service and I just wasted an entire afternoon. They have time to get your credit card info right away on the phone though and are happy to push tickets to their trade show events while they have you on so be prepared for that.

Very unprofessional. Have had many poor dealings with this company over the years. Today one of there employees was very rude to me. I spoke with the owner who tried his best to make excuses for this employee. The only reason I have purchased more equipment from them over the years is they have a sales guy (Justin) that is always very helpful. I will be doing much more business with them in the future, I have had enough.

Hard to get a straight answer on when a tech can come out & service the machines. Plus getting someone on the phone has been a pain. They need a better service turn around time & they NEVER return calls. 2 Thumbs Down. Im on call back #6 & I still cant get answer when they will show up & its been a WEEK!!
