Ingrid who works here was a pleasure, cleaning the washers and dryers the entire time. We used one small box of detergent and one small packet of Downey, as instructed and everything was perfect. The wash was finished in 23 minutes and the load was in the dryer for 30. The place is very clean. Great location, since Acme and Petsmart is also in the mall. Perhaps the other person who gave this place a scathing review did not know that you shouldnt use more than one box of detergent. If in doubt, you ask. Its amazing what you can find out when you just open up your mouth and ask. Additionally, I am always weary of reviews like the one above. I like to see things for myself and make judgments on my own. I will say this...the washers and dryers are all brand new and commercial. How could new commercial washers leave your wash dripping if you correctly added the proper amount of soap and just did your laundry as indicated. Its not a very difficult concept. Anyway, I give it 5 stars for the added bonus of lovely Ingrid!

I travel for work, and the hotel Im staying at didnt have a good laundry option, so I took my clothes here. The location on the map is a bit off, the laundry is on the South side of the shopping center. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the price for fill service laundry was great. They had my dirty clothes for about 3 hours and when I came back it was done as I requested. Will be returning.

Hated it so much, spent $15 for three loads that did not wash probably then another $15 to try to get the soap and water out. With my clothes driping wet I would never go there again.
