So rough...I had to do the job myself in the end. Dropped off a simple sticker/label job and wanted a classy light brown boarder around it. Needed it by Sunday, its now Monday night and still no other boarder samples have been sent to me even though I was promised to receive 4 samples by 5 pm....

FedEx Kinkos really helped me out this past weekend. I was at a conference in Atlantic City and my sign for my exhibit space didnt arrive. I placed a call around lunch time to FedEx Kinkos and they delivered a sign to me at the hotel 4 hours later. Awesome customer service! Thank you Dave!!!

The customer service provided by their manager Brian Sherr was good, I had an issue with binding of my medical books, and they bound them for me and shipped them to me in the country where I am studying abroad, the binding job that was done is now excellent. Thank You.

The good thing, it is open 7 days a week, but the personnel are not good and skillful in computer stuff. They are also very low in social skills, do not know how to treat people and handle their job. Sometimes rude!
