Recently I had decided to make a drastic change to my hair color and made an appointment at C. Melini, Ocean City with Tara on several recommendations. My hair was light brown with blonde highlights and I explained to Tara that I wanted to go dark with reddish highlights. My inexperience with anything different than "my usual" since high school, lead me to put my trust (and my hair) in Taras expert hands. She took her time in selecting the appropriate shades with respect to my requests, taking care to consider my hair texture, skin complexion and even which would compliment my eye color. She asked me questions about my hair care regimen and provided advice to improve my overall hair health. Tara EXCEEDED my expectations!! My hair was GORGEOUS! It was the perfect shade of dark brown with just the right amount of highlights; and EXACTLY what I wanted . I have never received so many compliments on my hair and the comments are always the same...IT IS THE PERFECT SHADE FOR ME. Tara is professional, considerate and KNOWS HAIR. She is an incredible asset to the C. Melini group, a credit to her profession and a true stylist. I highly recommend this salon and insist you sit in Taras chair if you want the absolute best.
