I visit this office on 7/11/17 I was given my ticket told to have a seat until called. My ticket was called as I approached the window Marge said Good Morning,how can I help you? Marge was Friendly,Knowledgeable and Pleasant. I greatly appreciate the service Marge gave me. P.Brown

Horrible customer service, called to ask about office hours then got an attitude and he kept telling me to do it online when Im not able to since I dont have a jersey state Id. They should update that system online for exiting service members
