Some temp agencies will keep Pimpin a Temp than find a Temp a permanent reputable job. Kelly Services pimped me for over 2 years and for 2 years I stayed Loyal. Yeah, they found me real good jobs that kept me busy. BUT when work got slow and I needed to collect my unemployment, Kelly Services gave me a hard time!!! I never knew a Temp Agency (whos job was to keep finding you a job) could stop you from collecting unemployment. Twice I had to FIGHT and 2 times I WON!!! I know I am NOT the only O.N.E. / enclosing: NO TEMP AGENCY should Never make you feel obligated to say yes to an assignment if you feel the assignment is NOT what YOU want. Now that Im working for the "State", Ive experienced so many competitive agencies who will go "Above & Beyond" to keep their Temps satisfied until they can find them a "temp to perm" job. Temps do have a choice.
