I dont know where to begin. After relocating with my son back to NY I was in desperate need for a job. I came across the Aerotek website and signed up, looked for positions I was qualified for and applied. Within literally a week (after 2 months of looking on my own) I was contacted by Yakir Carmel (the recruiter I connected with) with job offers! Not a single offer, OFFERS! With an S! Some were out of my personal pay range requirement or too far from home but Yakir did not give up on me! As of right now I am working, doing something that I absolutely love and I am convinced had I not come across the Aerotek website I would have taken a job that I wasnt too thrilled for just to provide for my family. Yakir has even followed up to make sure that things are still going smoothly and to make sure that I am still satisfied. He cares about what he does and it shows. I absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for work, whether permanent or temporary. Theres no way youll be disappointed! This is the first time in a very long time that I actually look forward to going to work. Give them a try!

My experience with being recruited through Aerotek was a positive and fulfilling experience. Yakir Carmel was beyond patient and understanding with my multitude of questions, and he made a tremendous effort to be available to me whenever possible. When I missed Yakir with a phone call, I knew I could expect one returned within half-an-hour max. Yakir was professional, supportive, and accommodating. Although at the end of my interview process I chose to go in a different direction than the position offered through Aerotek, Yakir made sure to remain helpful and reliable. I felt well informed throughout the entirety of my interview process with Aerotek and their partner company, and if need be in the future, I look forward to utilizing their services again.

I was put into contact with Liz Berlin through a mutual acquaintance and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was a complete professional in all aspects of our correspondence. She was prompt in returning calls and messages and was always reaching out to check in on our progress. I am amazed at the level of commitment shown from Mr. Kienle, to travel an hour out of his way, as to not inconvenience me. I have had Jevon Martin as my AEROTEK recruiter since March 2017. I find him to be very professional and is great when it comes to staying in touch with me when I have questions or concerns regarding my current position that I started in April. He always answers emails with quick turnaround time . And if he doesnt always have the answers to my questions , he will do his best to try and help.
