The store and their service is great, however, the salon lacks customer service skills and should really have a manager on site to ensure proper service. I definitely will not be using them again. On a lighter note, thank you Ulta because due to your poor service I was able to find a hairdresser whose services are excellent!

Awful experience with the salon. Called Guest Services to complain and was told the District Manager and Store Manager would be notified and contact me. No one contacted me and its been almost two months. Will never use Ulta for anything again.
