The shampoo girl was busy talking and never put my color through my hair before rinsing!! Then she matted my hair up so bad that it started falling out when I tried to get my hands through it!!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A POOR EXPERIENCE~~EVER!! Then my stylist wanted to blame me and my hair, not the person who just literally ruined my hair!!! it was so bad someone should have said something to me and they should have absorbed my visit and prayed that I would come back!!! also you cant stretch your legs out while being shampooed for its a high traffic area~poor set up!!! This was a very poor experience! Oh yeah and you can get old burnt coffee too!

Salon Zen is really clean, conveniently located and all of the staff are really nice and friendly. Bianca is amazing with cuts and color !
