Not for natural black hair!!! They advertise that they do natural (black girls) hair. I went and had what i thought was a good blow out, only to realize a week later Jessica put something in my hair to make it straight and I guess more manageable for her. My hair now looks like I had a bad relaxer and its breaking off. I called her but she claimed she only used conditioner- that is impossible because my kinky hair has lost its curl pattern and some of it is even straight.

This is your quintessential Dominican hair salon. They take great care of your hair and the work is done right. They know their stuff in here. The only problem is all the hair stylists so is gossip and complain about each other, the clients and how much they dont want to be there. If they werent the only one in the area, I would stop going there in a heartbeat. Too bad.

Im new to Rahway, and didnt know what options were available for hair care. My male friend use to live near this salon so he dropped me off here. I am so happy that he did. Ramona is awesome! She was pleasant, gentle and progressional. The prices are reasonable and the shop is clean. This is my new spot. My hair was $20 for a Doobie (without blow out) $1 for pins.

Very good place with a helpful and experienced staff. My girlfriend changed stylist and when she got home did she look good. Thank you so much. The owner is an amazing women and very friendly. Highly recommended, Phillip says Hi too.
