HIGHLY RECOMMENDED---I bought a single USED wave washer for a motor overhaul I was doing. These washers probably last for a century and I really needed one and ordered from them via eBay. This was shipped via 1st Class Mail exactly as I expected and it was delivered as promised. I had a good laugh at the greasy finger prints on the envelope. This is obviously a working shop that has been around for a long time. I just finished the overhaul today and my 31-year old pump motor is humming like new. All this for a part costing less than $5 including postage. Unfortunately I first went to Graingers because of its reputation and because I worked with them before. Ordered locally as not in stock and told it would be in in 10 working days. I called to get update (The CS lady was spectacular!!) and was told it may be another two weeks due to holidays, etc. I doubt the excuses passed to me via the CS lady were valid. Thats when I cancelled - politely - and ordered from Rahway. Ill still go to Grainger, but for parts I need quickly Rahway is now in my DIY VENDOR LIST.

Every time I stop by, I am amazed by just how many different things this place fixes. Ask the owners to show you their antique meters and equipment, still in daily use after eighty years, and those history buffs will be glad to give you a tour. On routine repairs, theyre faster than anybody else in the area. They also sell motors. The prices are good, and they know their product well. Theyre willing to take unusual jobs everybody else refuses, but the two antiques I had them work on took a long time. I was satisfied with the work, but it took a lot longer than I expected. Good work, good prices, but the turnaround ranges from same-day to someday. Still reliable and affordable, considering no one else Ive tried is even willing to work on some of the strange items I dig up.

I came here to get an ESTIMATE to fix a hard to find old stator I had. I had a friend drop it off since he lived close. They called me within a few days and let me know the price for the fix ( no other charge was mentioned). I decided not to fix but to buy a new one and when I came to pick the stator up I was charged a $20 diagnostic fee! NOT HAPPY as there was nothing to diagnose ( at least nothing was discussed as far as any testing) and if there was it was no different than what I had asked them to do which was to re- wind the stator.

My Hayward 2hp Pool Super Pump took a bullet, and failed with a bad front bearing. Taking the pump apart I have damaged few parts, which this place had in stock and at very reasonable prices. Not only did they provide the materials, but also some guidance in regards to maintenance etc to extend the pumps life. I could not have been happier with the service provided, or the communications provided by Amanda. Thanks Guys

This company is and/or the person running it is delusional. They do not communicate. Then they say they have been calling. Its insane. We are the customer, YOU need to communicate to US! They had our motor since April and its now July! They have no clue what they are doing over here. Id find someone else unless you want to be made to believe that YOU are the crazy one. STEER CLEAR!
