On the phone very professional and helpful but WAIT til the technician gets out to you! The price jumps from reasonable to outrageous very quickly. If they ask for the make and model before they go out to you why cant they quote an accurate estimate? BECAUSE your in a bind and are stuck paying for the service call and the OUTRAGEOUS price they make up. It is sad that businesses take advantage of emergency situations such as being locked out of your car with a child. I would not have given a single star but at least one was required to post.

The secretary (if you would even deem her that much) sounds like she just rolled out of bed, is completely miserable, and doesnt want to even work there. Then the tech had us waiting for hours, and kept giving us different times when he would show up and never show up. Please read the other reviews and steer clear of this "business." Hope the bad business beaureau gets wind of the terrible customer service and investigates everyones complaints! And they wonder why small business are failing in this town.

Horrible! It took an hour and a half for the technician to arrive even after I spoke with him and the manager several times. It cost $120 for a 3 minute job. Spend your money elsewhere.
