My wife dropped off her clothes to have them dry cleaned and they LOST her brand new pants. OK, forget that they are brand new and sure, it happens but whats up with their customer service? When asked what they can do, the old guy that runs this place gives her an attitude and says "so what? Look for it at home. They may turn up."! Unbelievable! Its one thing to make a mistake but another to give you attitude and blame the customer for their mistake. Stay away from this place. It may be a dry cleaner but it wreaks of customer service! Will also be filing a complaint with BBB.

This place is great! Really nice people. They do excellent work. I moved here from NYC a couple of years ago and feel so lucky I found a place just as great as the one I used to have. I highly recommend this place. Especially if you have high end clothing, (as I do.) I trust them with anything. Plus they have a laundromat right next door, so it is a one stop shop!

The old guy that runs the place is really rude. There was a suit jacket that was registered under my number. Im like "I apologize, but thats not mine". He got all pissed off because I wouldnt take it, LOL! Im sorry that your organizational skills are terrible? Im not sure what to tell you. Im not going to take something thats not mine because youre mad... boo-hoo!

My wife got her sweaters back with holes in them. One of them was brand new. That same old guy says that it was moth. We will be filing a lawsuit!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
