Dont ever go back to this place. The owner is one of the most disrespectful people you will ever meet. My wife bought her wedding dress to get cleaned, when she went to pick it up they had told her they couldnt find it, while having a receipt for it. We spoke to owner Ziggy or Zig whatever the hell his name is, who basically told us he thought the dress got thrown in the garbage by accident, how does this happen to a wedding gown?????. After giving him receipts of what we paid for the dress, he said he would go through his insurance and that they would most likely pay some of the cost of the dress and that he would make up the difference. Let me just tell you also, that this place never ever even called us to let us know what was going on, my wife had to call all the time to see what was happening. So two weeks go by and my wife calls and talks to Ziggy, long story short he says his deductible for his insurance was basically same cost as dress and that it wouldnt cover it. He tells her to come in so they can come up with an amount for him to cover. An amount for him to cover??? not the full amount. My wife and I go meet him in the morning at the store and offers us some bullshit payment and store credit and not the full amount of the dress. We told him we wanted the full amount from the receipts and he flat out told us NO!! He was disrespecting us, yelling at us, disrespecting the wedding dress, saying that "she will never wear the dress again", "it doesnt hold the same value" and not taking the time to think about how he told us that they threw the dress in the garbage and its more about the sentimental value of the dress. He totally just disregarded that. He told us to get out of his store and that he wasnt paying, but we werent leaving. He storms to the back of the store and ignores us. He finally comes back up and tells us he is going to call the cops. I say fine call the cops. Can you believe this, he loses my wifes wedding dress, that it went into the garbage and he has the balls to call the cops on us saying that we are harassing him. The cops come and ask me to step outside while they talk to him. My and wife and I are waiting outside while another cop shows up, and we tell him the story. We end up leaving, as the cops say to take him to smalls claims court, as there was nothing for them to do there. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service from this store and from an owner no less was so poor. He should of just recognized that the blame was fully on his store and should of just made the situation right as to not escalate it further. Please dont ever go back here, there are so many other places in the area, that it isnt even worth your time. See you in court ass$%^&!!

Please dont go here. The owners are racist, use foul language with customers, and do not keep their word. Two days ago my dad went in to drop off a large number of shirts for dry cleaning. As my dad works long hours, he isnt able to go to the cleaners that frequently and often drops his clothes off in large bulks. He asked the guy at the counter if he could get a discount if he brought in a large number, and the guy said it would be $1 each if he had over 50 shirts. My dad had over 100, so he was written a receipt for $1 a shirt. The next morning around 7:30am (FYI no business should be calling someones home at this hour) he received a call from the owner, Sig, saying the store didnt have space to store the shirts and he had to come pick them up that evening. He also mentioned the great deal my dad received. My dads schedule would not allow him to pick the shirts up at that time but he said he could pick them up the following morning. Ten minutes later, he received another call from the owner saying he could not do the shirts for $1 each and that that had been a joke. My dad said he had a written receipt with the $1 price. The guy said he wasnt going to do them and told my dad to come pick up his "f--ing shirts" now, saying "this isnt India." (We are not Indian but are sometimes confused for being so.) My dad said he did not appreciate being treated this way and would be contacting consumer affairs. The guy told him to go do whatever he wanted. My dad has been living in Rockland County for over 30 years and has never been treated so poorly and with such prejudice. I hope we as a community can make sure merchants who truly deserve our business are getting it and not people like this who have no sense of respect for their customers.
