Excellent Cleaners! Ive used this cleaners for over 15 years. Image cleaners goes way back under prior names (like Fred and Dollys cleaners in Yorktown and a couple of other stores that merged together as Image Cleaners. Ive brought thousands of dollars worth of clothing over these years including suits, shirts, pants, tuxedos, comforters, coats, and delicate custom clothing. In all those years the results were clean, spots removed, and tailoring well done. Only once did I have a list item and we negotiated a settlement but that was so, so long ago (while they were Fred and dollys) that I no longer recall what that was all about anymore. I travel from katonah to Cortlandt town shopping center to bring my clothes their Store. My experiences with other cleaners loser to me was broken shirt buttons on several shirts on each cleaning. NOT WITH IMAGE CLEANERS. My shirt come back buttons in tacked. When the one or two fell off, they replaced them, they even checked buttons to see if they are loose when you bring in you clothing. All and all, I continue to make my long journey to Image Cleaners to be assured my clothes are handled well and professionally.

They lost my suit pants and then tried to tell me I actually picked them up. I had asked that 6 pieces be cleaned and ready to pick up in 2 days. They said "ok" but only 4 were ready at the agreed upon pick up date. No big deal, Ill just pick them up later. Returning they only had 1 item; the pants went missing. I brought in the jacket (to make it easier to identify the matching pants) and when I returned, they told me I had already picked everything up. Oh really? I was so livid I left them with the jacket and theyll never see another penny from this frequent dry cleaner (I wear a suit to work everyday). Grrrrr.

Extremely unhelpful and terrible customer service. As far as I can tell, they can clean a pair of shirts and pants fine but their customer service is horrendous. Today I entered the cleaners at 1:55 but the women processing the transaction was giving me gripe about the store almost closing. I asked her if I could pay with my debit card and she sternly told me no. When I paid cash, she rudely passed me my change. A little piece of advice. If you dont want to work till closing, quit your job. Youll have all the free time in the world.
