Terrible customer service, I turned in my service cap to get it striped and when I came back on the scheduled day to get it, I was informed that they "didnt have time" to look for it. They were eager to dismiss me and apparently wanted to play the waiting game with me. Instead, they said they would call me when it was ready--essentially, at THEIR convenience, not mine, and not at the date we agreed upon. Dont go here, they dont deserve your business. Go into Highland Falls or elsewhere, but not here.

The customer service here is bad and I am sure that I turned in officer pants and got enlisted ones back. Go to the laundry plant over by Washington gate, they are cheaper and have better service.
