We moved to Westwood 2 years ago and finding the "right" dry cleaner was important to us as busy working professionals. Sir Francis Dry Cleaners is by far the BEST customer experience I have ever had from a small business and that really says a lot as Im a very tough customer, just ask my wife... The little things that he does that others would never do truly makes it a unique experience. First off they offer free pick up and delivery service and supply environmentally safe bags to use. Just leave your clothes on the stoop each Monday and they will take away for you and deliver cleaning from prior week. Could not be easier! Broken buttons or zippers, dont worry.... You dont even have to call to alert them, they will notice and fix it. Cant tell you how many other cleaners in my 20+ years of using dry cleaners never do this and it always irked me how they never cared and returned clothes with broken buttons. Great cleaning. GREAT GUY and GREAT service. Definitely use and dont waste time with other cleaners. Hes the best and most professional I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is very accommodating, reliable, friendly, flexible and their prices are reasonable. Ive been welcomed in the store with a smile even when I arrived just after closing time. Theyve been able to rush service when I was on a tight schedule, and they communicate changes in operating hours (holidays, weather, etc.) using your preferred method (email, text, phone). They go the extra mile, more so than any business that I can remember working with. I highly recommend Sir Francis Cleaners to anyone in the area.

Looking for a good dry cleaning service, was the first thing I did when I moved to Westwood. Im very peculiar about my cloths and I have to say after using Sir Francis for over 3 year, Im a very happy customer. Why? Multiple reasons, quality service, pick up & delivery, convenience, etc.... but if I had to say just one: THERES NO RESTAURANT LIKE THE ONE WHERE THE OWNER COOKS AND SERVES YOU! Francis is the guy behind the counter and supervises EVERYTHING. Hes so nice, hes now even my Facebook friend. Touché

I have been a customer of Sir Francis for about 4 years now, and can honestly say I am delighted with the service. Francis and his team go above and beyond to make dry cleaning a stress free experience. Everything is done professionally and on time. Its such a pleasure to come home after a busy and stressful day and find my laundry hanging inside my door. Being able to use a credit card is wonderful, and coupons are an added plus! The staff is great! Francis is a hands on owner. He always tells me what he can and cant do. If he sends any piece of clothing out to another vender he gets an estimate. Francis even goes a step further and gives me the venders name and address! I wish more companies operated like his!

This is no joke. I actually mail them things to clean. What a great company and Francis is a great person to deal with. We had a tough spot on some pillow cases and they got them out perfectly! I highly recommend Sir Francis Cleaners!
