Terrible agency. Im only giving it one star because I cant post with none. We rented unit 620 N in the Spinnaker 2 weeks ago. We drove all the way from Harrisonburg, VA with our 2 daughters 2 and 2 months with excitement about a fun week at the jersey shore. Their office was in complete disarray which is a real reflection of how they run their business. The unit was absolutely filthy. There was hair all over the place including inside the fridge, food on the floor and what looked like bodily fluid on the couch. It was so horrifying that we had to leave. We couldnt stay there with our 2 young daughters all week. Roseanne was my agent. She told me shed get in touch with the owner about a refund but I never heard back. Steer clear of this agency. Their service and rentals are dirty.

Rosemary works for them--thats why shes giving a good review--SNEAKY SERVICE! This place was unprofessional and their office was in disarray which should have been a clue to their shadiness. They didnt refund the security deposit even though the house didnt meet any grounds documented in the contract for reasons to not refund. Rosemary herself refused to communicate regarding this. Save yourself a headache and use another realty service. SeaWinds is terrible.

This agency was very helpful when my family and I went on vacation to Sea Isle. The owner did not take care of the property I was staying at, yet my agent came over and helped fix the ceiling fan and the faucet that was broken. They did not need to do this, but very nice. Lucky to found such great service.
