I have been to many many salons and I have never been to such a horrible place. For starters, their front desk staff is miserable. They are slauched over the counter or they sit on the garbage can. Very unprofessional looking. Atleast get them a stool so they dont look so miserable. Also, the staff there is rude the instructors talk to the students like they are stupid. Also for a simple hair cut I was there for over 2 hrs. My sister got a perm and was there for 6 hrs. Pay the extra money and go to the Great Clips in the same parking lot or Super Cuts by Walmart. Better service for your buck. Never again would I go there. Worst experience ever.

I went in for a gift certificate and the front desk was more interested in ordering food than providing me with service. One of the students approached me to see if I was being helped and offered assistance but was rudly interupted by a staff member. The student appologized for her teachers behavior I told her it was not her fault but I would not be purchasing a gift certificate when that is how the supervisors act especially in front of customers. I would love to see how they treat the students when no one is looking. Adults needing to be little students, what a sad introduction into a career!

I love this place! I thank my stars that I discovered TSPA a year and a half back - it has saved me tons of money. I have regular haircuts and blowouts, and have always been satisfied. I have had an occasional facial and mani/pedi and that experience has also been good. The service can be a little slow as the students take their time, but Id rather have them go slow than rush and do a bad job. The instructors do a great job of supervising the students, so even if they make a mistake, the instructors make sure that in the end, its all good. The students are very friendly and welcoming.

Overall, I was satisfied with the pedicure, manicure and waxing I had done last year. The prices cannot be beat. Make sure you have a lot of time on your hands as many of the services take longer than usual since there are students working on you. I was there for about three hours. The waxing was a bit painful as the student was nervous and didn’t pull it off fast enough. The pedicures and manicures are VERY basic. No massages and no callous removal. I’d recommend that anyone going in for nail services to bring their own polish as the selection of colors is quite limited.

I have tried this place so far for hair cut, facial and nails...its a hit and miss, it depends who you get. I have been lucky with facial and hair cut but nails were horrible. The polish they used was horrible, wouldnt even dry after half an hour. Kept it under the dryer but still wont dry...I kept on hearing that my teacher is getting the dry spray but they never found it. You get what you pay for...less money the lesser expectations. I get it, they are NOT professionals but hopefully they are training them to become one...

TSPA is a great place to maintain your hair at an affordable price. The work the students do is very good, and the product (Redken) is some of the best on the market. When the stylist school I went to for years closed I tried another, but it was too far away. Then TSPA opened. I gave it a try and have been going there ever since. Besides the hair services, the esthetic services are terrific. I highly recommend either division of the school.

My visit was awesome and memorable. My cousin and I were in great need of a makeover for an unexpected Family gathering and The Salon made that happen without charging an arm and a leg like other salons would have. Everyone was respectful, educated, and full of smiles and we loved the outcome. Thank you! Keep up the good work, the quality service that your salon offers is hard to come by. Looking forward to returning soon.

I have been to the salon several times and so have many of my family and friends. We have had many services done, such as, hair color, cuts, facials and blowouts. We have been extremely satisfied by the students and the teachers who are always eager to satisfy and are always professional. Students are always looking after the needs and comfort of the guest. Highly recommend. Also a great money saver!!!

i absolutely love this place. only salon ive been to that actually doesnt chop off my hair and call it a hair cut and rob me of my money. the girls there are young and fun to talk to while gettting your hair done they know what there doing. AND ITS AFFORDABLE!!!!! HAIR CUT WASH AND DRY? FOR 15$$$ and they do a great job?????? and there clean. this is the only place ill ever go

I have gotten a manicure, pedicure, keratin treatment, Redken glaze treatment, haircuts, and blowdrys at The Salon Professional Academy and have been happy with the results. The students are eager to further their knowledge and they are all so friendly and nice. The director is great too. The prices are so good. I will continue to go this salon!

I took my 16 yr. old here with a few of her friends for a makeover and they loved it! They had their makeup and hair done and if you can make 16yr. old teenage girls happy than this place must be great. The staff was very nice and accomodating considering we were late for our appointments. We will definately be back!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN.....

Now remember this is a school. So your paying for what you get. The students are well trained so dont be frightened to get a haircut.REMEMBER THIS IS A SCHOOL..so they are as careful as can be. Just like if your going to a highend salon. I recently got a cut and it came out great. The instructor was very knowledgable,polite and hospitable.

Last week, seven students came to an R&R event for Caregivers and offered facials. They were amazing!!! For many of these caregivers, this was the first opportunity they have had to be pampered in years. The students all got rave reviews from the all who attended. thanks! and i hope theyll come back to our event next year.

I went here this summer after making a hair appointment. It is a school of learning, you get what you pay for. After being dissatisfied with the way my hair turned out, I was directed to speak with a manager. She was not concerned I was unsatisfied and offered no type of compensation. I would not return to this place

Recently began to come to this salon. Been here a few times now and have never been disappointed. Great service starts at the reception desk right when you walk in the door, everyone is friendly and ready to assist you. Hair services are wonderful, and prices are very fair. Would definitely recommend this salon.

nbadheka - I got color and cut and was very happy with the services. The students are great, the teachers come by often to check up on the students. It can take a bit longer so have plenty of time. The place is nice with friendly vibe and AWESOME prices! I think I have found my new place for hair cuts/color!
