Under new ownership about 1+ years ago. They do use floaters to ensure proper coverage to allow for breaks. I cant say that Ive seen the overcrowding but they are frequently at the capacity line so things get tight if someone calls out sick or goes on vacation. My son is happy there and doesnt come home sick all of the time. Weve had a few challenges over the years (he is now 2 and has been there since 3 months old). He is learning and maturing right on track with the doctors expectations and he is safe and it is affordable. Ms Vicky is wonderful and the teachers are generally polite and respectful, they know the students names and the parents names as well. During the school year there is a genuine focus on learning with plenty of play and while it would be nice for them to have a larger outside area they make the most of what they have. I would recommend to a friend and if I have more kids I would continue to use this daycare.

Our two preschoolers have been attending since last spring, and we have been very happy with the program. The teachers are caring, but firm and the kids learn a lot (while having fun too!). The setting is more academically geared, which works really well for our preschoolers. I havent heard of Rainbow Academy, but from our tour of Goddard, I knew their free-play-do-your-own-thing model wasnt going to go well for our kids. If youre looking for a free-play daycare, this probably isnt the one for you, but for us, it has been a God-send. We have found the director to be a pleasure to work with and have not had any communication difficulties with staff. Note: You will need to pack your childs breakfast, lunch and snack (theyll heat things up for your child). There is the option to buy lunch on Fridays (alternating pizza and chicken nuggets), though you should still pack a drink those days.

I am a previous employee of this company. And I would never send my child here. The rooms are overcrowded with not enough teachers by the DYFUS law. When the state comes to visit she has floaters go to room to room to seem like there is enough teachers in each room. The owner is also very rude and verbally abusive not only to the staff but the children as well. The facility has been reported to the state many times but given the way the system works of course nothing was done. I am only putting this out there because I wouldnt want my child to get treated the way I have seen kids treated in there.

This is by far the worst place to send your child. They owner is very rude, At first she will be kind and loving but once your enrolled she will completely change. The site says they have kindercare web access which is a complete lie. She makes you pay for it in your your tuition but then says that its not working. You get what you pay for when attending this dump. It has been reported to the state plenty of times. Love your children by not sending them here...

I used to work here and I can tell you from inside experience that you DO NOT want to send your child here! The owner is rude, as others have said and does not really care about the kids. She cares about money though! The place is not safe and kids are often watching movies! Also, if there are too many kids one day, they are sent to the "overflow room" where they may be grouped with kids of any age. That is not what you pay for. Stay away!

I have had the pleasure of working directly with the owner, Deon, for a few months now. He and his wife have been nothing but professional and always handle everything on time. I would definitely, without a doubt, recommend using them. I hope to continue to work with them for a long time.

this is the worst school to send your child to. You get what you pay for. It is not safe. Half the teachers are sleeping instead of caring for the kids. The owner is VERY rude and does not respect anyone but herself. If you love your child you WILL NOT send them here.

This place has no professional courtesy or regard for anybody. Very unprofessional. Be warned!!!
