Be forewarned about getting alterations done for anything but pants. Prior to giving her my suit jacket (after trying it on), I was concerned whether it would look the same. She insisted that it would be the same so I trusted her. After I arrive on my scheduled pick-up date, she gives me back my suit jacket. I look at the sleeves, which needed to be shortened, only to find each one was folded over. The faux button-hole design was still showing but the buttons were now in a different location and she didnt recreate the placket. It looked like a mess - very unprofessional. Maybe its a cultural thing because she doesnt speak English well but she either flat-out lied to me when I initially went in for my alterations telling me everything would be the same or shes not a good tailor. Probably a combination of both. Therefore, she shortens pant legs about as well as anyone else but, for anything other than shortening pant legs, I would take it elsewhere.

Pavilion Cleaners is the best! The owners arent fluent but their work is superb! Donna has done alterations for over 30 years and did a beautiful job on my daughters wedding gown! Ive had many other repair work done by her. Speaking with the owners, theyve been in business for over 30 years and has owned and operated more than 25 stores! Wow! It was difficult at first speaking with them because their english wasnt the best but if you speak slowly everything is understandable. We highly recommend this Pavilion Cleaners for alterations & cleaning!

Used them twice, wont be back. Had a garment dry cleaned, they took it in as a shirt, showed them the piece. They gave me a fair price to do it. When I picked it up, the price had almost tripled without them notifying me. When I asked why the woman said "All Indian clothes are dresses!"
