Liz is unprofessional! She does not care about customer service or common curtesy! My husband dropped off my clothes at 6am and specifically asked for same day service. I return for pick up 12 hours later to find out my shirts would not be ready until Wednesday. I then asked for my shirts because I was very disappointed. Meanwhile 2 pair of pants and 2 sweaters were. So I asked for my clothes back and she then tells me their in the laundry. Yeah ok! First off I asked for dry cleaning not laundry! I have a washer & dryer at home. Whats the point of paying for their services when I could have just done it myself. Then she blames the misunderstanding at the manager and has the nerve to tell me she worked their for 16 years and never provides same day service. Do not go to American Cleaners! My husband has replaced 4 shirts over a period of 2 months because of their negligence! Each time we retrieve our stuff, buttons are missing, excuse tags are placed on our shirts and they automatically default your clothes to laundry, instead of dry cleaning. Im done with this place and wont be spending any of our hard earn money anymore! And I bet once others realize how incompetent these folks are I bet Liz wont be telling people shes worked there for 16 years and instead will be filing unemployment! Good luck with your clothes! They dont care....

I have been patronizing this cleaners for many years and spend $100s of dollars a year there. Today I went in with a coupon from the paper and the coupons from the website and attempted to use them on some shirts for my husband. Some woman (one of the owners??) refused to honor the coupons because the shirts were long sleeved "polo shirts" and not sweaters. I tried explaining to her that the associates had listed them as sweaters in the past and she still refused to honor them saying "I cant, its not right". The difference between paying the full price and the coupon price was $0.40!! I would have saved $1.60, but I guess that would have broken their bank!!! I am looking for another cleaners who arent quite as cheap!!!!!

Paid for a pair pants to be hem two weeks ago today I went to pick the pants up they were clean but not hem when asked how long will it take for my pants to be hem they said two weeks again not acceptable! They lost my services
