This place is a complete joke. Do not waste your TIME or MONEY going here for service. It took them 5 hours ! For a oil change and tire rotation. I called twice to check on my truck to see when it would be done 2 hours apart. One call at 2:57 pm and the second call at 5:07 pm both times I spoke to two different rude employees. When I finally get a call at 5:44pm to pick up my truck I have 16 minutes to get to the store before it closes at 6pm on Sundays. After I get to the store to pick up my truck Im stuck standing there for 5 minutes staring into the abyss called service department someone finally comes out ,and Im thrown a work order receipt and told oh go pay upfront. Really ?! You held my truck hostage for 5 hours and you dont even offer a apology for inconveniencing the customer ? To add insult to injury after I pay ,and inspect my truck the oil meter in the truck wasnt reset takes 15 seconds to do and I dont even get a new service window decal. I received a half assed service that was just thrown together last minute. For all I know they didnt even do my oil change properly and replace my oil pan plug correct. Hell my tires might even fall off next week I dont know and definitely do not trust it. Never ever again. Manager didnt want to do anything until I told him via email I was posting a review on Google now the whole attitude changes. I guess service department thought of two women we can treat them anyway we want. Think again ! Do not go here these people do not deserve your business. Next time its back to jiffy lube for me. They are always always always so polite and respectful to us. Treat us like we are their best customers. Hell with this dump.

Steve at service was amazingly helpful from the moment I stepped up to the desk. I had a rather difficult morning with another "Tire" establishment. He asked me what I needed and I was so aggrivated from my morning I couldnt even speak properly. He stopped me, told me to hold on and went out to my vehicle and checked the tires himself. He came in and printed off my options and went over each one thoroughly. I chose the tire package I wanted added an alignment (his suggestion due to the wear on my current tires), and he took care of the rest. Steve looked over my breaks thinking there may be a problem and decided they werent needed at this time. He fixed my tires, Mike G in the garage took care of the alignment, greeted me with a finished vehicle and I was out the door. Chris at the desk also helped me by looking up another vehicles info while i was waiting. The gentlemen at the Turnersville store went above and beyond with their customer service and knowledge. I will stop being stubborn trying to save a $, Ill just pass the nonsense and go back to Pepboys with my vehicle needs. Thanks!

I read these reviews before I went to PEP-Boys because they screwed my old car up and a bad experience. My present girlfriend wants to go here for tires. I realized that Bree and Amy are girls and that had something but what about the others. We went despite my objections. Thank You, Pep boys!!! Every time she says anything about what I should do I bring you guys up!! And I went somewhere else and got tires. Your lack of professionalism and stereotyping have shut my girlfriend up which I could not do. Look for my other review about tires to see where I went.

Unlike what other people have said about this store, I was treated with a ton of respect. In fact, the service writer that helped me actually was sick, and was about to leave, but stayed just to help me with my fleet vehicle. The manager was magnificent, as well as the mechanic. Both were very knowledgable and there to help me with any questions I had. I would recommend this service department to everyone. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and I was in and out, and on my way within an hour. Thank you! A+++

Excellent service provided by: Tom, Sarah, Jay and Stan - thank you so much for taking care of our battery needs as well as tire purchase and installation. Regarding tire purchase/install - went above and beyond to ensure the best deal was received and job could be completed at this location. These people took 2 hours to realize I was waiting to get my car fixed. 2 hours just for them to pull it in the garage because bozo the clown up front at the desk doesnt know/care what hes doing. Im so angry I wanna steal windsheild wipers in the store area. Its not like the oblivious idiotic employees will notice. Never again. Do not bring your car here.

Went in asked for a valve stem to be changed. My brother just passed away and had to get to his funeral. They said it would be an hour wait. I saw them changing the displays over. Also asked a lady for fix a flat in the store and all they had was the green slime. Wasted my time... went to Walmart got what I needed.

Called 4 days ahead for an appt, dropped car at 1 PM for simple maintaince. Returned at 7pm, was told car wasnt done. They never did it! They put car on lift and started, so I had to wait even longer . Next day I noticed grease on seats, floor, door, etc, and other problems. Never again! They offered no explanation

These guys diagnosed a break problem as worn down rotors, pads still under warranty. But what was great about them was how fast they got me in. Next day. Replaced the warrantied parts k owing they did not have to call. Had me done within a few hours. A plus service. I highly reccomend.

I bought tires from here about two years ago and have had no worries since. I purchased the road hazard warranty and it was a great investment. I had foreign material lodged in my tired twice and they took care of me in less than twenty minutes

My favorite Pep Boys. Thom the manager is always helpful and prices on stuff is good. If you want to pimp out your ride with stickers you can rock that here. Service department has always been fair.

Excellent deli. Italian style mini grocery store. Their egg macaroni salad is almost as good as my own. Never had a bad experience.
