Today I had to wait for a while before getting my car serviced. The older gentleman in the back of the store had to go to the garage to tell the men to come out to help. They left the store completely unattended as lines were building in all 3 areas of the store. That man should not have to walk through the store for the staff while he is trying to assist his own department. When I finally got to speak with someone, he did not greet me, ask for any of my information, explain to me how the process works or give a farewell. He just moved on to the next woman. I then get 3 phone calls afterwards asking for information about my car they will be servicing. He then puts oil in my car before reviewing the sticker in the window - saying on the phone, "I hope I didnt put the wrong oil in your car. What kind of oil did you have in there?" I told him high mileage. I pick up my car just now to have the sticker barely filled out with conventional oil checked off, not high mileage. I will not be going back to this Pep Boys. I am a loyal customer and gave them too many chances. I will be finding another location. This was very disappointing. I really tried to stick with this location, but they really dropped the ball. I drive a lot, been getting my car serviced by Pep Boys since I bought it. I got all my tires from Pepboys, including this location. Im due for new breaks and routine maintenance. My husband needs an oil change and all new tires right now. I wont be getting it done here after todays service.

I had a very good experience at PepBoys in Vineland, I normally do not write reviews, but the staff has been very professional, honest and knowledgeable, qualities which are vital when dealing with the public. I took my car there for oil changes after having a couple of bad experiences at Monroe I was a customer there for five yrs. I work in an industry that deals with clients from around the world, so I am very aware of what it takes to handle good and not so good customers. The manager Mario was very personable, introduced himself, explained which oil would be best for my new Infinity, and explained why. I felt very comfortable there, my car was done in the amount of time I was told. I didnt have a long wait or any hassles. I would recommend this Pep Boys for sure. Thank You

I will never go there again! I went to get their buy 3 get one free tires. They didnt have them in stock, so they ordered them. The next day I bring my truck in and they sent the wrong tires. So they throw in a oil change for free. I get my tires the next day and the oil change.The mechanic checks my truck and offers to put in tag lights. They charged me 17.00 for the tag lights, broke 2 of my lugs on the same tire and never told me and never replaced them and they overfilled my truck by like 4 qts.. wtf!!!!!

They suck. They didnt replace valve stems on BRAND NEW tires. Manager was working register, TERRIBLE customer service. Tire blew out on route 55... 3 hours after getting 4 brand new ones. Pepboys customer service sent a tow truck driver that was sleezy and very invasive which got there 3 hours late to tow the car to a pepboys in Glassboro 15 mins away who said they dont even affiliate with pepboys of Vineland. The manager sucked but we got all money back and free tires. Dont go to Vineland Pepboys.

I recently had another great experience at Vineland Pep Boys! I needed new tires badly. I was not really sure which brand to purchase and was on a budget. Mario helped me choose a better quality tire than what I was looking at and at great price! With out his advice I possibly would have purchased a lesser quality tire and would not have gotten my moneys worth. He certainly made sure I got more bang for my buck! I appreciate his honesty and patience every time I go there.

I went yesterday because my car was giving me issues and although the time frame that they gave me was only and hour it ended up taking much longer Im still satisfied because they took their time and found the correct issue with my car. They did not just try and give me a quick answer like some other shops I had visited this weekend. Marc was very helpful and even discounted the fee due to the long wait. Definitely great customer service!

Place is a rip off. I called about tires and was told they were 50 a tire and buy 3 get 1 free. When I took my vehicle there and had everything done the bill was completely different from what I was told before I came in. Bad customer service and very shady. Never again will I ever get ripped off for no name tires from pep boys. Worst place there is .. Stay as far away as you can from this place ..

I had great service at pep boys . I usually take my car to the dealers for all my service needs. However I decided to take my car here for brake job and the customer service was so awesome. The mechanic himself came in and got me to bring me in back to explain everything and they gave me a discount and a $50.00 gift card

I had my brakes done less than a year ago here.. I already need new ones and I hardly ever drive the car. I was told they arent passing enough to even leave and go somewhere else. Very unhappy about this.
