I took a used car to this garage to get an offer. The mechanic looked it over and made an offer which seemed very generous to me, but I repeated the figure and he confirmed it. I asked if the offer would still be good in a few days when I was ready to sell the car, and he said it would be. When I brought the car back a week later, though, he quoted me a price which was hundreds of dollars lower than the one he had said - and confirmed - before. (To be clear, the new price was more in the range of what I had expected him to pay anyway, but the incident made me suspicious.) If you decide to go to these guys, make sure you get offers in writing, with a signature. It will protect you, and give you something more to go on than, "thats not what we agreed on last time I was here."

Beware this shop is under new management now. They charged me more than $300 to replace a battery. 142.95 for the battery, $105 to check the cars charging system (!), 31.50 for the labor, plus tax. Avoid these guys. Even if they were honest their labor cost is $105 per hour, which is way out of line for the area.

These guys are great on repairs (VERY REASONBLE) and they also sell certified japanese (HONDA, TOYOTA, NISSAN, LEXUS, ACURA etc.)and european cars ONLY. I have been customer for two years and very happy I found them. Highly recommend!
