ZERO ... ZERO ..ZERO Scammers and rude. Dont ever think taking your car for any type of service over there. I have 1997 BMW Z3 , I took it for oil change, they broke the oil pan and they told me its already been broken and we are not responsible for it !! really ???? The care was run and drive , then need to be towed . The manager Josh Smith and his team were rude, awful and unprofessional. They asked me to get my car out, and they will not pay for towing service. I towed the car , and next day called the corporate office, the direct me to Sedgwick Sears Auto insurance for the claims. Josh already opened a case said that the oil pan already cracked, so if they observed the crack why they didnt call me before doing the job and break it ?? . The insurance company send an inspector and finally I won the case , and they send me a check for $1240.00, took the car to BMW dealer and got a new oil pan :). I wish the owner of the place read my review and train his staff how to be honest, humble and professional with their customers. ZERO ... ZERO ... ZERO

I read online that an oil change would cost me 51 dollars. Because I drive a luxury car, I called to make sure that it would still be that price. After give the man on the phone the brand, year, and series number he told me that it would still be the same price. Once I got to the store they told me it would be one hour to fix the car. After waiting over two hours I find out that it would cost me 86 dollars. He said that the coupon didnt aol because my car take more oil. Which I understand, however when I called before I came in I was told that it would still me 51 no matter what car. The man at the front wasnt very helpful he honestly could care less. Ill never go back there again

Worst customer service ever! I asked one of the customer service reps a question and he shook and his head and made a face behind my back. My wife saw him do it and when I called him out on it he denied and said he doesnt know what my wife is talking about. Very rude and didnt seem like he wanted to help me in anyway. I will not be going back. I would give 0 stars if I could

Excellent service. Very efficient. Good price on tires. I shopped around for tires and Sears had the lowest price around the area. Good service. I recommend it.
