I know cars and physics better than most mechanics. I rebuild cars for a hobby. I dont work on my daily driver for fun though. I take it Naz. They know what theyre talking about. Their prices are fair and theyll refer you a few doors down to a chain store that they trust for common work like brakes and suspension if theyre running too close to their capacity. When we came in to pick up our Toyota Previa early in the morning, a mechanic met us, discussed the work performed, made recommendations, and then mentioned that the manager wasnt in yet and the till wasnt open. We were figuring we were going to be stuck there unable to pay until the manager arrived. But the mechanic continued, "If you could just come in during the next day or two and pay the bill, thatd be fine." Where else can you find competence, competitive pricing, and a business based on having a relationship with their customer? In twenty years of wrenching, Ive seen this kind of professionalism only twice, and this is one of them. As long as Im within reach of them, theyre my first stop for service.

I have had several cars and NAZ has worked on all of them. NAZ is like a doctor, he can diagnose a cars problem by looking. I had a Ford Taurus one year that I had bought from the auction. I took the car to NAZ and just by looking at the visional things, he told me what was going to need to be fix down the road. And he was on point! NAZ, I give you much respect and you will always get my service. Today is Dec 19 2009, and I will be bringing you my mini van and car as soon as the tires come in. By Darryl Murphy

Great shop to do business with. They managed to diagnose and fix my wifes car in one day. I called around opening, and the show coordinated the tow. I was given a reasonable expectation that theyd try same day but to expect tomorrow. Instead, I received an afternoon call with a clear diagnosis and estimate and received the car back later this evening. The tow and diagnosis seemed a bit expensive, but the staff are great and the car works again, so I cant complain much. Well come back for our major repair needs.

My first experience was friendly and quick service. I called the day before to make an appointment to install a part I bought on my own (alternator). I work in the area so I dropped the car off first thing and it was ready before noon. Its larger than most garages and they seem to have a lot of cars but they also seem to have a lot of mechanics working. As a new customer they definitely earned my business.

My car is like new! I have a 2002 Acura TL. They fixed my transmission problem and brake system for under $600. Nothing good is cheap! They have excellent customer service on top of providing quality work. Never once did I feel like I was being taken. I am truly a satisfied customer and will go there in the future. I highly recommend NAZ Auto!

They were unable to repair my vans vaccum loss problem and charged me over 700.They did offer to try again,but after getting the van back in worse shape than I gave it to them I opted to go elsewhere,it was fixed promptly and inexpensively.I also felt that the service writer wasnt very concerned that I was unhappy.Im a one time customer

Came here for a diagnostic. They were quick, did the diagnostic, cleared the error and suggested we wait to see if there were any problems - much better than the competition, which suggested a new transmission was required. Naz was right, at least so far - and they wanted half as much as Pep Boys for the diagnostic
