Visited as a guest, horrible service. People who work here can barely read and type. Took 30 minutes for receptionist to enter info for one family. Facilities are mediocre at best with a lot of dirt and dead insects on the floor. At least they had hot water, I have to give them that. But even our downtown Y looks like a luxury spa compared to this place, not speaking about the suburban ones.

You get so much for your membership fee. It may seem like it costs a lot, but if you take advantage of all they have to offer it is totally worth it, and you can cancel your membership no wuestions asked if it is not right for you.
