SCAMMERS!!!!! PLANET FITNESS IS NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. Let me back this up, i joined THIS planet fitness back in early 2015. I quit because i couldnt afford it anymore and planned to join back in the summer. I WAS 14 AT THE TIME KEEP THAT IN MIND, Then it comes July and i turn 15, i joined Planet Fitness online and payed the $30 joining fee. The next day I wet to the SAME planet fitness as I joined when i was 14, and they declined my membership because i was underage. I WAS 14 THE FIRST TIME THOUGH AND THEY GAVE ME NO PROBLEM. They said they didnt know why the website let me join even though i put 15 down. Angry, I told them i wanted a refund, they said they would refund me of all charges. 4 week later.... still no refund. A few days after that occured i went back to see what was going on since i never recieved a refund. They said they refunded me and it was in the process of going into my account from what i payed with. Never did. As i was walking out, i saw young kids that had to be maybe 11 or 12 years old. Nonetheless, this planet fitness is a scamming, horrible place. Do not join here!

Pros: 5 smith machines, more than most locations. They have stability balls in the stretch/ab area. I kinda dig the low lighting; fluorescent light sucks but at least its dim. Many PFs have the AC cranked up too high, so its difficult to get a good sweat going on. This one does not which is a plus. Theres paper towels in the ladies locker room, most PFs only have hand dryers. Annoying when you want to rinse the sweat off your face Cons: Old/broken equipment. Much of the machines could use an upgrade or some wd40. Not enough weight plates for the smith machines- had to go searching for a couple 10s. The floor in the locker rooms is sticky, especially right after mopping. Really gross feeling.. Staff isnt the best.

Typical gym front desk with muscular juiced up looking teens in baby tees, who seemingly dont care about being at work. I asked for a tour and the guy reluctantly gave me one. I say reluctantly because he wasnt exactly the most energetic tour guide. Admittedly I found that, and his attitude for the rest of the tour and transaction irritating. I even had to question his enthusiasm twice. Despite this I still signed up because you cant beat 10 a month plus I dont need him to work out on a daily basis. If you NEED a gym and dont want to pay a lot come here. If you have a bit more to spend Ive heard that LA Fitness is pretty good.

There are only 2 massage chairs and they are broken....the service they use to fix their chairs are unreliable and will probably not fix this on going problem. THe massage chairs are part of the black card perks...this issue should be fixed considering it came at a price. Because planet fitnesss excuse for not having the chairs fixed is because "the outside company that fixes them just havent fixed them yet" i rate this specific location a 1. The staff is great and the gym equipment works.

Ernesto and Big Phil are awesome dudes! If you ever need help with training or a spotter, ask them! The gym is pretty big but I personally have had memberships to 4 other local gyms with more stuff (pools, equipment, trainers*, and classes*) this is by far my favorite gym! Rarely crowded and the machines and free weights are always wiped down! And for 10$ you can't find a better place! It's a gym, not a place to hang out and have fun! Planet fitness serves its purpose to the best!

Terrible gym & false advertising. We called in after being told. We could use the gym to workout early. We wanted to have 1 days free to try it out. They tried to hit my friend & I with $20 a piece for a 1 days trail. We declined. Online it said free 1 week pass, but it actually meant pay a sh** load of money for 1 day.

They have greatly improved this location over the past year and that has helped tremendously. The manager works amazingly hard and even mops the floors, leads by example. Of in general nationwide needs better TV and some updates but it gets the job done for most gym fanatics.

The employee I encountered was very dismissive of me even though I made it clear it was my first time at this location. Also the tanning booths are disgusting, like they havent been cleaned it months literally has dust morphing around the cages. Just gross

Your all a bunch of crooks. The way you word your contracts is very deceiving. My advice is to read the fine print and c get everything copied on site so they cant manipulate numbers on forms and then email them back to you.

I was judged by my weight & told that they dont allow elephants in . Wanted to hit the staff but , politely walked out & I believe that you have a right to workout & not be criticized by the staff & other members.

Been going to this gym for years now. Never disappoints! The atmosphere is very comforting and non-intimidating. Plenty of people just like me trying to get in shape! :) The manager is the best of the best! ;D

I overheard the staff mocking people working out,and the manager (black guy with glasses)was so rude, I will never step foot in planet fitness again,not motivating it be in there at all.

Dirty as ****! Horrible gym! barely worth the 10-20$ a month.. Id rather do pushups than be treated like garbage by staff (including manager).

Not happy with this gym. Its cheap and theres plenty of cardio equipment. Outside of that nothing too positive.

Lights are too dim, TVs needs to be replaced, and the staff doesnt have good customer service skills.
