Horrible business sense! Closed down the Turnersville location to open this one with ZERO notice and just posted to Facebook when it closed last minute. That just tells me right there they have no regard for customer service and will continue to do whatever suits them best even if it means screwing over so many people. Im glad i cancelled my membership and i wouldnt be surprised if this location failed as well because of their unprofessional approach to the industry.

I dont understand and all I think customers want is an explanation and if this location is opening or not! The owners were promoting this gym this summer by setting up a table and giving away a free month and a free year. I cancelled my membership at my previous gym and was hoping to start here and now its been months. Whats going on? Is this location not opening? And if it is can we get an opening date?

If you signed up for this gym, call ABC Financial. They handle the contracts for the gym and will tell you that you have a couple hundred dollar balance. They wont cancel the contract and will not delete the balance. The owner cant be contacted and corporate pawns it off as its "individually owned and operated." I guess the BBB or maybe a news outlet will have a better solution.

Another disappointed customer ... Turnersville location was closed down without prior notice and no signs posted on doors, leaving people like myself waiting outside of gym thinking the gym hours may have changed. I have been a customer for many years now and will also be canceling my membership!

No transparency on any open date. Have been claiming for months that they will open. They also just deleted their facebook profile, which was supposed to be their outlet for keeping people informed. All this after making people sign into a contract.

Under new ownership! Definitely worth a look now that this gym is open. Stop in and talk to the staff, ask for Brian. Gym is big and roomy with plenty of equipment and large group fitness room.

Ive been waiting for months after being assured it was going to open in weeks (months ago.) I cant get a hold of anyone and personally at this point Id rather just terminate my contract.

12.9.2016 - Just talked to another Retro that is opening, they told me that this one is done and never opening! Has yet to open after a year. Facebook page is gone. What a waste.
