This is the best Crossfit gym in the area. I came from a really good box in Los Angeles and was disappointed in the quality of boxes I found in the area. I tried 3 other locations before finding CrossFit Off The Grid.

Coaching, equipment, and supportive atmosphere. Saw beginners finding succes and saw some serious athletes doing what serious athletes do. Large open floor, rigs on all walls, kid-friendly. Really great place.
