I initially signed up for a membership In April (2016) after falling in love with the facility- I must admit it is gorgeous. At that time, I paid my first month dues. Initially I attempted to use my Health Savings Account VISA card as some Insurances consider it an eligible expense. I was assured by the membership services that it wouldnt hurt to try. It did not take, so I then gave a credit card- which of course worked. I received a letter in the beginning of May that 78 dollars was deducted from my HSA card and I must send CIGNA a check for 78 dollars out of my post tax earnings to cover it. I did that, because the other option was to have my card suspended. I spoke with membership services again and was assured my card was no longer on file. On 10/6/16 and again on 11/8/16 my card was charged another 78 dollars (twice) and I received more "gentle threats" that my card would be suspended. Again I reached out to membership services- and at that time was only reimbursed for one of the 78 dollar charges. Now, in January, I cannot pick up my medication for Crohns Disease because my card was inactivated. It is 1100 dollars without insurance, so I very much need my HSA card to work. I strongly advise anyone interested in joining to use a regular credit card only, because this has been an 8 month nightmare. I honestly would like a refund for the signup fee because I have terminated my membership and never actually used the facility. I honestly am appalled and deeply disappointed with the level of incompetence and lack of resolution skills for a gym as expensive and luxurious as this one.

Massage services are excellent, the facility is clean and bright. I enjoyed being able to take classes and work out before my appointment. Will definately be back.

Perfect Gym. People are nice, staff is knowledgeable. Never to packed. But THE PRICE is ridiculous. Gonna hate leaving but, too expensive.
