Gym is amazing. Personal traininers are nice but my favorite personal trainer got fired a week after we signed up and payed a crap load of money... so upset we wished to cancel then they fight with us arm and leg not understanding why. When your a big girl and you feel comfortable training with someone its not easy to just switch. They were nice throughout process but royally screwed us over. I guess we get it. Its a business and people gotta get money. Because thats what we are. Paying people to help us but all they see are checks. Still will be attending gym just a little sore to the hit of the bank account.

Not sure if carmen owns the place. But definitely they are very rude and change prices with a blink of an eye. I was shocked inspire of having all offers and queries answered in written they denied the offer stating it jus now changed. Is this only me ? Am shocked surprised ? Never experienced this in any gym. This star her is a negative star. Am actually hurt more than anything coz never expected this kind of behavior. Simply opposite of wat they preach !

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! It was worth the wait. I was thrilled to find out the old Ballys had not been abandoned! It is an icon. They did an outstanding job with this club. I plan to be a member forever. This is truly a fitness club that has heart for the members and wants to provide the best of the best at the lowest rate possible. This is what real health and fitness is all about.

Good place. Towels need to be available. In my opinion the staff really dont interact or really talk to the members. Ive been here for a few months and one employee came up to me and asked how the workout was going etc... The LIV" or whoever they are that workout upstairs are all about themselves. The time i go the gym is never crowded.

OMG! I absolutely love this gym!!! Signed up on Presidents Day with my sister and got a GREAT deal. Gym is always clean, staff is always helpful, Im greeted when walking in, free childcare, a nice variety of classes. I love they way I can sign up for classes on their app. Absolutely no complaints.

Signed up a couple of weeks ago and have really enjoyed it so far. Plenty of equipment which is good for busy days. Staff is friendly and they are always cleaning. They also offer discounts to a large variety of places including restaurants and stores

Great gym; offers a lot of equipment and cardio options (track) and is very clean. Martin in massage did a marvelous job correcting my shoulder injury-100% competent therapist.

Good gym. Like many the hot tub isnt working as often as Id like. But when it is, its a particularly nice one. Plus squat racks.
