I have used this office many times for printing, faxes and overnight letters because it is near Stratford where I live. The fax machines will not take my company PNC paycard so I always request that it is sent from their machine in the employees area. My most recent visit met with the usual doubt about this problem but a lady who recognizes me said my story is true. I was given some fedex card and told to use that. The first fax failed after taking 2 pages. The second fax stopped after three pages because funds run out. The performance of copiers and faxes here has always been poor even without my peculiar problem. I then asked that the office fax be used and got a concise, curt reply: "We cant do that". Guess what? I cant put up with this awful customer service anymore either. Staples in Deptford and West Berlin will be just fine from now on. So is UPS. The Fedex in Deptford has good service but it is just the principle...

I needed a rush job to make a program for a funeral mass. I dealt with Renee. She was very courteous and helpful. She initially said that they would have to send it out and that I could not get it within 24 hours, but she was able to do it in house within a few hours. It looked professional-much better than I could have done myself, especially under a time constraint. I feel that I received excellent customer service.

Came in here this morning to pick up my order and through the online process I ordered it incorrectly. The manager took the time to reprint the order right then and there without being asked. So thankful since these were for my wedding and its one less thing to stress about! Outstanding customer service. Definitely my go to place now.

I really want to give it zero star because their service sucks. I drive all the way from Vinland to this place and the guy was still there, still had the open sign going and it was 6:01 they closed at 6. Service sucks. I really needed my package and they would give it to me because I was one minute late
