Very disappointed. I work for a high end lighting manufacturer that was in the market for a new, local printer to take over our marketing material and gave GMPC a shot. I stopped in after calling and getting no call back, to inquire about higher quality business cards for my boss in time for a big expo we were presenting at. If we were happy, wed get the rest of the staffs cards from them, try them out with brochures, catalogs, etc... When I got the cards, they didnt look like the sample I had picked and were totally inconsistent-color, thickness, alignment, marks all over them-everything was off and I literally ended up going through all 1,000 of them one by one to save as many as I could that were decent enough to use for the show. I sent pictures and explained that we were not happy and the response was, use what you can for the show and ill get back to you after speaking to quality control. I waited until the next day for a response before following up a second time. which I do not feel I should have had to do. From the beginning, I had to be pushy for answers and responses from the Senior Customer Service Rep. I waited a week for the first batch and two weeks for the second. I dont know if the first batch was rushed (I certainly wasnt provided with an explanation), but theres no comparison between one order and the other-the second actually looks like what we ordered. The quality was obviously an issue but I also feel it just wasnt handled properly, I did not exactly feel like a valued customer. I even told the woman helping me we were looking for a new printer for our company! Not a great way to gain business from new clients.

Our bimonthly magazine was looking for a New Jersey based printer that was close to our offices. Our delivery schedule at our previous printing company was not always as dependable or timely as they had promised. The distance from their location was an issue at times too. When Joe Genua at GMPC Printing spoke with me I was a bit skeptical at first as to what he promised too! But after a visit to the location and a bit more talking he convinced me to make the switch. Joe and the entire staff at GMPC are incredible. Not only have we always received our magazine on time for distribution, they have even beaten their own promised dates of delivery which made our job even easier. What a difference from our last two printing companies. Another plus is the high quality of the finished product and the friendly staff. I just cannot say enough about how happy we have been since switching to GMPC Printing.

We averaged over $20,000 per month with GMPC for the last several years we were in business. The service and quality has never faltered. It always met our strict criteria. In looking back there was good reason for it. When we gave them a file for a proof, it was “spot" on. They matched it on press every time….. and they had the equipment that held the register from the press run through die cutting.
