Wow, just amazing! The entire team was so personable, warm, professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the situation where I needed their help was not so happy as it was for my Brothers Funeral Service. I wanted something nice printed, with a prayer and some pictures even though we had the basic Mass Cards. I contacted Debbie via email who immediately contacted me right back. I told them my Brother Loved the Rolling Stones and that was going to be a soft theme at his service. They took it upon themselves to research some songs and some sayings associated with his favorite band and added it to the piece I had requested. When I saw the draft it touched my heart. They offered 10% discount due to the circumstance. Their work is IMPECCABLE .. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I JUST CAN NOT ( NOR CAN ANYONE ELSE ) AT THE SERVICE GET OVER WHAT AN AMAZING JOB THEY DID. Heather and the Sir Speedy team are Amazing!!! My company recently went through a rebranding of our Business Logo and Heather has been phenomenal in working with us to make the process easier. Right from the beginning, her experience and expertise ,in regards to printing and the different material options... allowed us to make the right choice of vehicle Magnets, signage, folders, oder forms, company shirts, hats, envelopes and pads. The thing that I like the best is that proposals were very professional and the price was extremely fair!!! Not to mention the staff are always friendly and helpful when ever I call or stop in. I was in a bind at work when our in-house team was unable to configure our printers for a special envelope job for an important invitation to be delivered. I called Sir Speedy Newtown on a Thursday evening and they assured me they would be able to figure it out. They even offered to stay late for me if I didnt make it in time of closing. I need the best copies of my pastel portraits for shows. I Wasnt getting the copy quality or help that I needed at Staples from the very unhelpful and arrogant copy-lady. Heather and the boys were very friendly, very helpful and very good at giving me some of the best copies of my pastel work for an affordable price. I need to have the copies fooled with and adjusted here and there and they were able and willing. I will only use Sir Speedy in Newtown from now on.
