Unfortunately, the haircut was worse than the service. The day of my appointment I received a phone call from the barber I was scheduled with saying that he "forgot" he doesnt work on the day he scheduled me for, so hed have to reschedule for another day or have me see another barber for the same day. Since Ive never been to this barber shop before, I didnt really care who I saw. He scheduled me with a woman named Amber. When I walked into the shop I told the woman at the front desk I was here for an appointment with Amber and she didnt say anything to me. She simply went to her cutting station, apparently expecting me to follow, and asked me how I wanted my haircut. Besides telling me how much I owed her at the end of the visit and trying to convince me that she didnt make me partly bald and give me razor burn, those were the only words exchanged between Amber and I. My entire appointment she jokingly bickered with the other barber about who was worse with using scissors to cut hair...as she was using scissors to cut my hair. Evidently, she should layoff the scissors. UPDATE: Originally, I had given 8 to 8 Barber Shop a (well-deserved) 1 star review. However, after posting this review the owner of the shop, Damon, contacted me. He was extremely understanding and apologetic regarding the matter, giving me a full refund and offering me a complimentary haircut that he would do personally. Therefore, although it was clearly a terrible haircut I originally received, I no longer believe that this experience is a reflection of the shop as a whole. Damons professionalism and customer service skills were exemplary, and he clearly holds his shop to a much higher standard than what I experienced. Its not easy to change a customers mind about a product/service once a strong impression has been made, however after speaking with Damon I am confident that the issue has been addressed.

Great Customer Service! Ive been taking my teen boys here for about a year. I learned about this place when I was shopping in a mall and saw a young man with a very nice haircut. Because I was shopping around for a new barber for my sons, I asked which barbershop did he go to. Damon, the owner, and the other barbers (there are around 4 others, but it fluctuates) are very nice. Damon cuts my boys hair and they love it each time. Damon can do all sorts of cut styles, which is what young men like, but Ive seen all ages come here for services and they continue to come. I also love that the shop offers a reward for repeat customers. After 10 haircuts the next haircut is free! What a great way to run a business. This place is about a half hour drive from my house, but I will continue to be a customer.

The hair cut was good but the trimmer that she used is so sharp that it cut my skin. I dont know how the owner of the store ( Damon ) found my Instagram account . Searched me down and he texted me with a huge sorry for the inconvenience . I was super surprised. In these many years havent seen anyone turning up to the client as Damon did. He offered me a full refund and a free haircut which he doesnt have to do but it shows how serious these guys are about their clients ... It changed my prospective totally. DAMON is an amazing businessman but also an amazing human being too . He literally hunt meDown just to see if his client is doing okay Changed my initial rating from 1 to 5 just being such a wonderful human being. DAMON Yiu go long way bro

Jason (the owner) is professional and does an excellent job cutting my hair. Their iPhone app is also a blessing when I remember I need a haircut at 1am and can schedule right on my phone.
