Today I got my tape in extensions removed by bri first off I would like to start off with I was 13 minutes late but could not find the place I was walking down Westwood for ten minutes searching when I arrived bri was rude had the only stank face on. She asked the woman at the front desk to help he remove the extensions because they were too time consuming she used a spray bottle that had alcohol in it I asked her if that used an oil base removed because it allows the tape ins to slide off the hair much easier she said no the alcohol is what they use the ripping of my hair from removing the tape in extensions hurt like hell and she was getting frustrated then she started talking to the woman who was helping her remove the extensions and saying how this takes up too much time and is harder to take out then put in ( maybe they should look for a better removal product) her complaining and demmener made me super uncomfortable not to mention they charge 65.00 to take out a couple tape ins using alcohol completely rude and definitely do not recommend her I do however have gotten my tape ins done by Alyssa before and she was a sweetheart if anything ask for her
