I called to see what kind of services this place offered. I spoke to Lori Sracasse and wanted to find out more about her salon and she started yelling at me and insulting me for interrupting her place of business. I was planning on trying this salon since my hair dresser moved, and all I wanted to know is if she rewarded her customers like the salon I currently go to. Since my salon gives me a reward every time I visit them, I thought other salons might do the same and wanted to find one that does. I guess I got my answer. Clearly, Lori does not appreciate her current or perspective customers;much less reward them for being loyal!

I got my hair cut here for the first time and it was a great experience. Danielle was very friendly and was filled with ideas of how I could style my hair in the future. Ive been getting bored with my hair color (purple) and have been considering trying something different. She has a lot of fun coloring hair and had ideas of what she would do to my hair if I came in again to get it done. The salon was busy but I didnt feel that I was being ignored at all! Everyone was very friendly. The salon is clean and has a great atmosphere. The prices are also more than reasonable. Ill definitely be coming back!

I stepped outside my comfort zone and came to Laurie for a Ouidad haircut for curly hair and I love it! Staff was very polite, knowledgable. I cant wait to return for another Ouidid haircut. I highly recommend the salon for people with curly hair as the girls have been trained by the best in the city and they explain what product to use, how to blow dry your hair properly, how to moisturizer your hair etc... 5 stars!!

The owner and also Sandy are rude and very unprofessional in every way. They both treat their clients as if they do not need the business. After being treated rudely by the staff at the Gallery my daughter and I started going to Eduardos on Lagrange Ave in Poughkeepsie and he has been doing an excellent job. They are professional and appreciate their customers.

I recently moved here from the city, and have had the same person doing my locs since they were started. A lady at the gym referred me to Sandy . I was shocked shes great very friendly and give advice on products for my hair. Im very happy and will be a loyal customer.

Ive been going to Noemy since the Gallery opened and have never considered going elsewhere. Even when its months between cuts, she remembers exactly how I like my hair. Ive never had a bad experience here and have recommended it to everyone I know.

Michelle was curt and didnt show any interest in what I was telling her; when voicing concern that she was cutting too much she kept cutting and mentioned something about her style. Would never go back.
